Facilities: We are a 30.5 acre horse farm in scenic SW Virginia with a large 11 stall barn with the following stall sizes: 4 - 8' x14' stalls with windows, doors and rubber mats, 3 - 12' x12' stalls with windows with bars, rubber mats and sliding doors, 3 - 10' x15' stalls with windows rubber mats and a sliding door, 1- 12' x 19.6' stall with a sliding door, rubber mats and windows with bars. Our largest stall is excellent for a mare & foal . A good stand of grass in our paddocks with water troughs. A 60 ft. oak board round pen and a large 125 ft. x 200 ft. with oak board outdoor riding ring. A round pen and riding ring are free for customers to use. Our farm has an easy access entrance for transports and campers. Paddocks are $30.00 a horse or mule per day and $45.00 per day for a stall with water and shavings included. We muck the stalls. $45.00 per day for mare & foal in our largest stall. $35.00 per night for a camper /truck /live-in trailer electric hook up. Equine travelers without horses with a Live In trailer are welcome to layover for the night for $ 35.00. We can accommodate up to three RV & live-in Trailer electric hook ups a night. There is no charge for horse trailer parking while at a local motel. We can accommodate 20 polo ponies in our nice grass paddocks on the same day/night. (Our 11 stalls are reserved for our horsemotel.com customers). Current coggins and health papers on all horses are required with a short release of liability. We are a friendly, clean and ethical farm. Call for reservations and ask us about a 10% discount at a modern motel for our customers at I-81 Exit 7.
Location:  Located in Bristol, VA 4 miles from exits 5 and 7 on Interstate 81. Exit 7 has a Super Walmart, Lowes, Tractor Supply, Motel 6, Marriott, Holiday Inn, Outback Steak House, O'Charley's Restaurant and a Perkins Family Restaurant. We are 2 hours driving from Roanoke,VA, Knoxville,TN, and Asheville, NC. Traveling north on I-81: Use Exit 5 off I-81 and at the end of the exit ramp make a left onto Lee Highway and proceed under the Interstate past the Exxon station and make a left at the light near the Comfort Inn onto Island Road.. Go one block and make a right onto Wallace Pike. Stay on Wallace Pike for about one mile and make a left onto Goose Creek Road ( Rt. 657 ). Follow Goose Creek Road. and take the left fork ( Rt. 656 ) when you see the Jackson Memorial Church sign . We are the second log cabin home on the left side with the Goose Creek Farm sign out front.TRAVELING SOUTH: Take exit 7 and make a right turn at the end of the exit ramp. Then proceed straight through all lights on Clear Creek Road past the Motel 6 for about 1 mile. After you cross the railroad tracks & Wallace Repair Shop make a left onto Wallace Pike and go about 1/2 a mile past Wallace Meadows Homes & make a right at Goose Creek Road ( Rt. 657 ). Then go about 1 mile and when the road forks make a left ( Rt. 656 ) at the Jackson Memorial Church sign. You'll still be on Goose Creek Road. Go past the Jackson Memorial Church and you'll see a Goose Creek Farm sign with a jumping horse on the left side by our entrance. Make a left and pull down to the barn area. We have plenty of room to park. I have paddocks and stalls, so just let me know which ones you prefer when you call. Have a safe trip.

Facilities:  At Rock Bottom Horse Camp, we offer RV sites up to 70' long with electric and water as well as tent sites. For your equestrian travelers, we have 8 - 10' x 12' stalls and 8 - 12' x 12' corrals. We are located at the foot of the White Rocks of Cumberland Gap National Historical Park. The trailhead is a half mile ride from camp and other trails are a short trailer ride from here.
Location:  Located just off Hwy. 58 in the very western tip of Virginia, we are conveniently located between Knoxville, Bristol and Lexington. If you are looking to get off the interstate this is a great alternative.

Facilities: No Drive Ups/Please Call Ahead. We are located in the Blue Ridge Mountains, about 8 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and 17 miles from Virginia Tech. We have (6) 12' x 12' matted stalls with turnout available. Barn has electricity, outer perimeter lights and individual lighting in each stall. All stalls and pastures are equipped with automatic waterers. Wash area in barn with hot and cold water. Outdoor riding pen and round pen. We can accommodate 30 ponies in our grass pastures on the same day or night. No shelter available in pastures, but I will help you blanket if needed. We have campsites available. We book them through Hipcamp or Airbnb. If staying the night in your trailer or dropping the trailer for the night, please let us know and we can send you the link to reserve a spot. Most holidays we are full. Must sign a liability release, and before unloading we must see Negative Coggins Test, Vaccines and Health Certificate (HC if traveling from another state). Pasture: $30/per horse/per night, Stall $40/per horse/per night, Check in 4:00PM/Check out 11:00AM (after11:00AM you pay another night) Water and bedding provided. You are responsible for feeding. We will provide stalls only if arriving after dark.
Google Maps does a great job getting you here. Other navigation systems do not. Make sure you download your trip before leaving the interstate and let us know when you are 30 min out. It's possible you will not have cell service. We recommend arriving before dark if you are unfamiliar with our mountain roads.
Location:  From Whytheville I-81N - take exit 114 for VA-8 toward Christiansburg/Floyd, Turn right onto VA-8S, continue straight to stay on VA-8 S, turn left onto State Rte. 675, turn right onto State Rte. 615, turn left onto State Rte. 679 go 1.7 miles, turn right onto private road (mailbox marked with agging tape) and travel .5 mile, then follow cones. We unload at the top and walk to the barn. From Roanoake I-81S - take exit 114 toward Floyd, keep left at the fork, follow signs for Riner/Floyd, turn left onto VA8S/W Main St, continue straight onto VA-8S, turn left onto State Rte. 675, turn right onto State Rte 615, turn left onto State Rte. 679, go 1.7 miles, turn right onto private road (mailbox marked with agging tape) and travel .5 mile then follow cones. We unload at the top and walk to the barn. From Floyd - Head east on US-221 N/E Main St, turn left onto State Rte. 615, turn right onto State Rte. 689, turn left onto State Rte. 679, turn left onto private road (large black mailbox with horseshoes) and travel .5 mile, We unload at the top and walk to the barn.

If you run out of supplies during your travel, let us know prior to arrival. We can pick up most supplies needed for the horses to finish the journey (additional cost).
