Drive through loading & unloading at barn doors for trucks with trailers up to 57' in total length. Larger trailers will need to drive in & back out. It is a straight shot on level ground from the road to the barns. Location:  Great location! Just off Interstates 81 & 86 and convenient to Route 88 also. Facilities:  Lodging for Humans at VRBO "Painted Pony Cottage" We currently have 3 large horse stalls (14ft x14ft) in a separate barn, with lights, and water. Stalls were originally stallion stalls on the lower level of a Gambrel Roof barn. The facility has riding areas that include 80ft x 200ft indoor, 100ft x 200ft sand outdoor, ½ mile grass racetrack, and wooded trails. Lots of parking and turnarounds for big rigs. Electric hook- up is available for LQ trailers. A private dirt paddock can be made available. We can accommodate larger groups with advanced notice. Location:  Our Farm is 6 miles from RT 390 and 20 miles from the NY Thruway I-90, exit 46 south of Rochester. We are less than 2 hours from the Niagara Falls/Canada boarder. We are a great stop from New England to the upper Mid West. We are located near the finger lakes in Fox Hunt country with lots of horse events around us. We can recommend fun activities.
