(3) 12' x 12' covered stalls for $35 per horse, per night that are located in the barn. You must clean up after your horses, or a cleaning fee of $50 is charged. We also have a field next door for daily turnout. We offer equine layover accommodations for horses in transit, as well as horse-sitting for those that want to get away. We offer an Airbnb on the property for those wishing to stay close to their horses. The loft has a private entrance, private deck, BBQ grill and sleeps up to 5 people. (1) Queen size bed, (1) Double Sleeper Sofa and (1) Twin size rollaway bed and kitchenette as well as a 40" Smart TV. Wifi is included. The rate is $125 double occupancy, with an additional $25 for each additional guest and a $25 cleaning fee. We do allow pets for an extra fee of $35 per pet, for the whole stay but must be crated in the loft. We have a fully fenced backyard if you would like your dog stretch their legs We just ask that you remain with your pet. Parking is in front of the house that is approximately 70' wide and 125' long right off the street. Plenty of space for big rigs. Super easy access, no need to back in or turnaround. We offer RV hookups with electricity and water. Please TEXT me for availability and reservations! Access to the Rail Trail is a half mile away, with many trails within an hour's drive. Guide services provided on request -¦costs will be quoted based on location. Location: We are located 4 miles off 1-80 and are 45 minutes east of Salt Lake City, 15 miutes east of Park City.
