Facilities: 10' x 10' boxes with runs, water, electric, 2.5 ac. attached pasture with pipe fencing - plenty of room for 4 horses. Shavings included but hay and feed must be provided by owners. Horses are $25.00 per night and overnight in the guest house is $100.00/per night. Camper can be plugged into 110 for $35.00 per night. Small guest cabin that sleeps 2-3 people - newly refurbished - shower, TV, fridge, microwave. A well behaved dog on leash (I have chickens free-roaming) is ok. Very clean - health papers, coggins required - I have plenty of parking for trailers - will not tolerate anyone being abusive to animals. No late night arrivals - prefer before dark. Location: Off of I-20. 40 minutes east of Dallas. Gated with electric gates.
