Facilities: 2 stall barn that can be converted to one large stall. Hay feeder. Up to 2 horses, $125 a night. We are a wildlife sanctuary. There are no other large animals on the property. Guests must provide feed and clean up after animals. Horses must be approved prior to arrival. Please note, this is not a riding property or riding destination. For the safety of the animals we require: * Current negative Coggins test and proof of routine vaccines. Horses to be in stalls at night or if owners are away during the day. * Horses can be turned out to graze and enjoy a break from the trailer ride. * No stallions. * No aggressive horses or horses known to kick/bite. * Horses must be healthy and free of contagious illness. * Horses may not be left unattended for extended periods. * Guests assume all risk related to horses. * Children around horses must be supervised. * Close all gates behind you every time. * No smoking near barn/hay. * Clean manure from barn/stalls/trailer parking before checkout. * Trailer parking only in designated areas. * No tying horses to fences, porch rails, or trees. * Guests are responsible for any property damage caused by their horse. *Guests are responsible for feeding and watering. * No riding on property. * No lunging or training activities. * Horses must remain in designated barn/paddock areas. * Guests are responsible for supervising horses at all times.
