Facilities: 2 Small round pen sized paddocks available. Bring your own lines/corrals as well. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, gorgeous farmhouse that sleeps 6. Any extra occupants include additional fees. We have additional hookups for horse trailers with living quarters. Owner lives on site in the efficiency garage apartment and will be present on the property. No parties, please be respectful and clean up after yourselves :) I prefer to book through Airbnb and will offer discounts. Additional pets are not permitted because we have many prey animals and we will not allow animals in the house. Please do not ask if you can bring your dog; I am sorry the answer is no. It is not worth it to my animals. Horses only.
Location: We are located right outside of Wilmington, North Carolina in the Rocky Point/Burgaw area alongside the NE Cape Fear River. We have a private boat launch for small river boats or jet skis.
