Facilities: Easy access from I-25 (10 minutes) and plenty of parking for large rigs. Four 12' x 12' box stalls with attached 12' x 12' runs. Stalls are matted and bedded. Hay and water available. New barn in 2023 with electricity, heated water, and well-lighted for late arrivals. Owners live on premises. Owners horses in separate facility. Coggins and Health Certificate required. $30 per horse per night. Please call for availability. Electricity available for trailers with living quarters. Bed and Breakfast next door.
Location: Northern Colorado: Easy access to I-25 (10 minutes), Highway 287 (10 minutes) and town of Wellington (10 minutes) with motel, fuel and restaurants.
