Facilities: 2023 new barn with (4) 12X12 matted box stalls with shavings connected to (4) 12X12 sheltered runs. One 4-acre paddock with 2 loafing sheds, large round pen and covered arena. Camera Security system in place and owners on premises. We have hay and water available, as well as 20, 30, 50 Amp hookup.
Biosecurity: Current Coggins, and health certificate required. If possible, please use your own water and feed buckets. Owners' horses are housed in separate areas. Please keep dogs on a leash.
Other amenities: Next door neighbor has an Airbnb: "Karen's Alpaca and Llama Ranch." Nearby Wellington has a motel, and full services. Close to CSU Vet Hospital, trail riding in Red Feathers lakes, and Cheyenne.
Location: Easy access off I-25: exit Owl Canyon Rd (County Rd 70), 2 miles west to roundabout, then 5 miles north on NCR9. There is plenty of room to park and turn around for large rigs. Well lighted for evening arrivals.
