Facilities: Bates Performance Horses is a private, gated facility with 24/7 security. 3 large outdoor pens with shelter available - $25/night. Shelters are bedded with fresh shavings, waters are cleaned and filled prior to arrival. RV Hookups and water available - $25/night. 220' x 120' arena available to ride in, ground is worked daily. Hay and shavings are available on-site to purchase. Current health certificate and negative coggins required. No dogs.
Location: 2.8 miles off of I-80, and 25 miles from Sacramento.
