Facilities: 5 pipe-paneled outdoor corrals that measure 20' x 30' and 1 pipe-panel circle corral that is 50 feet in diameter on our 50 acre property that is adjacent to BLM land available for riding. 3 indoor stalls that measure 10' x 20' with fresh wood chips, grain buckets, hay bunks, and fresh water barrels. We also have a half acre pen with a lean-to for protection from wind and sun if several horses can run together. For those with living quarters we have 5 RV hookups with water, electricity, and sewer. Location: 90 miles northwest of El Paso, TX off of I-10 and 15 miles East of Deming, NM, off of State Hiway 549 (parallels I-10). >b>From the East - (traveling westward) take I-10 exit 102 to frontage road, turn left to overpass, at the stop sign turn right, go west on 549 (parallels I-10) for 4.5 miles to Franklin Road (paved), go south 2.6 miles. We are on the right hand side. From the West - (traveling eastward) take exit # 85 (last Deming exit off I-10), follow the exit a quarter fo a mile to State Highway 549, turn left (eastward) to just past mile marker 12 then turn right (southward) on Franklin Road for 2.6 miles. We are on the right side of Franklin Road. At night look for a large reflective RED arrow at the entrance.
