Facilities: Basics: These units are suites designed for both comfort and relaxation. Each has a full bathroom with a kitchenette that has a small sink, microwave, coffee maker with all the coffee fixings you'll ever need along with a mini fridge/ freezer and a table and chairs for 2. Duchess's Retreat has a queen sized bed. There is access to a common laundry room where laundry can be done on site. Trailer/ RV Parking: Being on 80 acres of beautiful central Kentucky farmland, we can provide trailer parking and electric/water hookups (3) for guests with living quarter trailers or RVs. Hookups are $30.00/ night. Horse Boarding: We have 12' x 12' stalls available for rent for guests who are laying over or traveling with equine companions. Stalls rent for $20.00/night. Bedding included. Grass hay available for sale. Arena Usage: For guests who need to exercise their horses during your stay, our 172' x 80' indoor sand footing arena is available for an additional $20.00 per rider, up to three hours of use. NOTE: Availability will vary. We live on site, but work off the farm at full time jobs. We will do our best to arrange for someone to meet you if you arrive while we're at work. Health Papers and Negative Coggins papers are required before unloading horses. A liability waiver must be signed by anyone using the facility. Arena usage and the number of stalls available for rent will vary based on arena usage schedule.
Location: We're conveniently located 35 minutes from BOTH the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington and The Ark Encounter in Williamstown, KY.
