Collegiate Peaks. Plenty of places to exercise or ride - the round pen, pastures, extensive circle drive, and long dirt/gravel road that leads to an archery range is also perfect for riding. Friendly dogs welcome. Owner lives on site,
open 24/7, call ahead for accommodations. Health certificates and a negative Coggins for each horse must be provided to meet Colorado Regulations. Note:This is a non-smoking property. Can pay via Venmo, Paypal or cash.
Location: Easy access east off Hwy. 285. Arriving from the north on 285 - watch for Chaffee County Landfill sign, go south 3/4 miles turn left off highway at 3 mailboxes. Arriving from the south on
Hwy. 285 - look for the Heckla Junction turn, go beyond 1 mile north, turn right at three mailboxes. Look for sign with big arrows pointing into the ground, east side in a pasture, that's the farm.
