Facilities:  10 - 12' x 12' dry stalls in a barn, separate from our horses. Hot/cold wash stalls, bathroom, sawdust and grass hay are available, outdoor arena, room to hand-graze, no hookups available, but room for big rigs. Negative Coggins and proof of vaccines required. Dogs only on leash and away from the barn. No arrivals after 7 p.m. (except in an emergency following consult with staff by text or email).
Location:  Washington, D.C. area, easy access to I-95 via I-200 (toll road) or via Beltway, to north on Georgia Ave. to west on Olney-Laytonsville Road to north on Zion Road.

Facilities: We offer 3 Stall/paddocks for our equine guests. 2 are together and 3rd one is nearby. Each stall has an attached paddock. Stall area is matted and has sawdust. You can possibly put more horses in there depending on your horses or put more horses in the arena or round pen pending weather. We’ve had 18 polo ponies here.
This is a Self-Care facility but we are happy to help you get settled. A current vet provided negative Coggins and travel equine Health certificate are required (before arriving). Pricing is $30 per night for 1 horse, $25 for 2 to 7 horses, 8 or more is $20 each. Layover area is separate from the main barn with plenty of parking, easy in and out. Wood shaving bedding, water, lighting inside /outside provided. We have a round pen and outdoor arena. We also have a 30 amp RV electric hookup for your trailer for $25. Your horse trailer may be left overnight. Payment is due upon arrival or before: Cash, Paypal, Zelle. Check-in is from 1pm till 7pm preferred, after 8pm there is a late arrival fee of $25. Check-out by 10am preferred. If you are traveling with dogs, they need to be on a leash while on our property. Be aware that we have local wildlife, barn cats, and free range chickens which roam freely on the property. You are welcome to walk your leashed dogs on our property.

Location:  Valley Meadow Farms Trails Getaway is an easy exit off Interstate 68 on beautiful Sideling Hill at the famous "cut in the mountain" just 8 miles west of Hancock, MD. Nearby major highways and intersections are Interstate 81, the Pennsylvania Turnpike/Interstate 76 and Interstate 70.
