Facilities: We offer 3 Stall/paddocks for our equine guests. 2 are together and 3rd one is nearby. Each stall has an attached paddock. Stall area is matted and has sawdust. You can possibly put more horses in there depending on your horses or put more horses in the arena or round pen pending weather. We’ve had 18 polo ponies here.
This is a Self-Care facility but we are happy to help you get settled. A current vet provided negative Coggins and travel equine Health certificate are required (before arriving). Pricing is $30 per night for 1 horse, $25 for 2 to 4 horses, 5 or more is $20 each. Layover area is separate from the main barn with plenty of parking, easy in and out. Wood shaving bedding, water, lighting inside /outside provided. We have a round pen and outdoor arena. We also have 30 amp rv electric hookup for your trailer for $25. Your horse trailer may be left overnight. Payment is due upon arrival or before: Cash or Paypal. Check-in is from 1pm till 7pm preferred, after 8pm there is a late arrival fee of $25. Check-out by 10am preferred. If you are traveling with dogs, they need to be on a leash while on our property. Be aware that we have local wildlife, barn cats, and free range chickens which roam freely on the property. You are welcome to walk your leashed dogs on our property. |

Named "Favorite Horsey Spot by Equiery Magazine" with adjoining acreage in both Western Maryland and South Central Pennsylvania, this working family farm offers horse and rider guests several options based on their preferences - (1) a bed & barn stay includes a fully-furnished, linens provided farmhouse and a barn with two (2) 14' x 16' covered stalls, one (1) 14' x 16' open roof stall, and 130' x 50' board fenced paddock, (2) a stop-over one night stay for travelers with self-contained living quarters trailer or RV while horses stay in barn or in meadow with your portable fencing, a (3) bring-your-own-horse Day Rides to enjoy miles of diverse, well-marked trails, or (4) a Horse Hotel Stay for Travel Rest Overnight with 3 stalls and additional open areas ~ have had 21 polo ponies. Only guest horses permitted. While we love animals, no other pets are allowed on this family farm. Facilities: 12' x 12' stalls with auto waterers, bedding and hay. A private paddock is also available. Small, private, and
quiet location only 1.5 miles from town with restaurants and lots of food delivery options. Numerous waterfront bar/restaurants within 10 miles and a number of Airbnb's. 10 miles to MARYLAND 5 STAR at Fair Hill MD, one
of only two prestigious 5 STAR EVENTS in the United States. Fair Hill also offers 5,600 acres and over 90 miles of gorgeous trail riding. There is a diesel trucking garage at the end of my lane and numerous local equine vets.
