Facilities: We offer a 2-stall run-in / barn for our equine guests which includes 2 attached paddocks. Stall area is matted and has sawdust. If it's only one horse it will be 1 larger area. There is grass in paddocks. This is a “Self-Care” facility but we are happy to help you get settled. A current vet provided negative Coggins and travel equine Health certificate are required. (required before arriving). Pricing is $25 per night for 1 horse and $40 per night for 2 horses. Wood shaving bedding and water available. Hay is available for a small extra fee. We have a round pen and outdoor arena. We also have 110V - 15 amp electric hookup for your trailer for an additional fee, please notify us at time of reservation if you plan to stay on the property. Your horse trailer may be left overnight. Payment is due upon arrival or paypal before arrival, Cash or PayPal only. Check-in is from 1pm till 7pm (although earlier or later arrival may be possible if prearranged). Check-out by 10am (later departure is possible if pre-arranged). If you are traveling with dogs, they always need to be on a leash while on our property. Be aware that we have local wildlife, barn cats, and free range chickens which roam freely on the property. You are welcome to walk your leashed dogs on our property.
Location:  We are located on the MD/PA line, perfect facility if you are traveling near I-81 and I-70.
