Facilities:  Roomy outdoor pens, most are 24' x 24' and larger. Barn: Three 12' x 12' stalls with automatic waterers. Outdoor pens are $20.00 an equine a night. Barn stalls are $35.00 a night. Provided for your use: Hoses from the water hydrant, water tubs, tire feeders, and wheelbarrows. Fifty foot round pen. There is space for dry camping (no hookups available) for $20.00 a rig a night and room to park your trailers if staying in town. Trailer rentals with reservation, depending on availability. Owner lives on the property.
Location:  In Teton Valley, Idaho with easy access, just east of Highway 33 between Driggs and Tetonia, with full view of the west side of the Tetons. There is room to turn around big rigs. Lodging and restaurants within 5 miles. There are hundreds of miles of National Forest trails in the valley 20-30 minutes from the property. There is more riding to do with more driving to get to more trailheads. Both Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks are close.

We also have an electrical hook-up for your live in quarter horse trailer. We have an outdoor arena as well as an indoor arena. There are 3 large turnouts available, horses can be together or separate. Location:  20 minutes south of Pocatello and five minutes off Interstate 15. Take exit 47 and travel east on Hwy. 30 for about 7 miles. Right after mile marker 366, turn right (south) onto Sublette Road. We are the second place on the right side of the road. We have a circular drive for easy in and out with large trailers. Famous Lava Hot Springs is just five minutes east of us; come overnight and enjoy a soak in the hot pools.
