No dump station. Please muck your stall completely. Hay is available at Camp Verde Feeds. Montezuma Old West Ranch House is on AirBnB and may be available for your stay. There are a lot of trails nearby for you to enjoy if you are not just passing through. Roping arena just up the street.
Location:  From I-17 take Middle Verde Road, exit east (towards Casino). Go through (busy) roundabout and theroad becomes Montezuma Castle Hwy. Stay on Montezuma Castle Hwy1.1 miles to Arena Del Loma Rd. Go right (west) onto Arena Del Loma. Take Arena Del Loma 0.5miles to Montezuma Heights Road. Go left (south). This is a bumpy, gravel road that is less than a 1/4 mile long and it smooths out towards the end. It dead-ends at the Montezuma Old West Ranch House. Go past the house toward the three yellow diamond shaped signs to second chain link double gates. First set of chainlink gates leads to the Ranch House yard and will be locked. Please pull your rig in so as to allow another guest space should we have additional occupancy!

Facilities: We are offering 2 each 10 feet x 20 feet covered stalls for $20.00 a night for each stall. Stall rental provides free access to a 120 feet x 200 feet arena. We offer plenty of parking for dry camping. Water available, No RV dump available on site, however there is an RV dump 4 miles away at Bee's Grocery Store off Highway 389. Guests are responsible to provide feed for their horses and are responsible to feed them and clean stalls before they leave. There is an abundance of BLM land with public access for trail riding. We are approximately 35 miles (approximately 45 minutes) from Washington County Utah Legacy Park, which hosts many equestrian events. We are located 3/4-mile down a dirt road. Enjoy beautiful mountain views, gorgeous sunrises and tranquil sunsets. Located 1 mile from Tonto National Forest, 3 miles from the Verde River and 2 miles from the challenging trails of the McDowell Mountain Regional Park. All provide endless horse trails for hours of riding. Hiking, mountain biking and golf are also just minutes away. And when you are not on trail, we provide high speed Wi-Fi for your use to stay in touch or stream movies for your enjoyment. There is easy access to property with less that half a mile on a dirt road. Short term or long term stays are welcome. Facilities:  Overnight stay for rig and equine. Inside barn stall 12' x 12' with 12' x 24' outrun, or 16' x 20' outside stalls, or 50 foot round pen. Big rig parking. Our ranch is 37 acres so there is plenty of room here for parking your rig. RV dump station on site for folks that stay a week or longer; water for your livestock on site; water for your rig on site if staying a week or longer for refill on rig. Trail riding out the front gate into mountain terrain or grasslands to meet your needs. Our ranch is surrounded by open meadows and forest lands with deer and antelope roaming the forest.

Facilities: Open from September through May. The China Cabinet Ranch is situated on five acres adjacent to Saguaro National Park West, less than 10 miles from I-10 and Ina Road in northwest Tucson. Your horses can share a 60' lighted roundpen and/or put up to 2 horses together in large semi-covered pen. $15 per night per horse, you provide feed. Bed and breakfast is available in a private room in my home with a full sized bed and private bathroom for an additional $40 per night with kitchen privileges. Or, dry camp in your trailer for $20 per night (no hookups). Hay, farrier, and veterinarian available with prior notice. I'd be happy to take you out on our beautiful trails in the land of the mighty saguaros as long as I'm not working as a wrangler at my part time job! Location:  DIRECTIONS: from I-10 in Tucson, take Ina Road. exit 248 west and stay on Ina for 3.5 miles until you see the sign for Saguaro National Park/Picture Rocks Road. There, turn left on Wade Road. and go 5.2 miles through SNP until you see Van Ark Road. Turn right (north) and follow that to the stop sign. Turn right again on Ina Road (now dirt) and head east towards the mountains. At the end of Ina (1/2 mile) you will t-bone into a big community mailbox where you have to turn right. The first left has no street sign but turn there. You will see my electric box immediately on the corner which says 7100 N Desert View Dr. *Do NOT use a GPS once you are in SNP as the little streets are not correct and you will get lost. Best to arrive in daylight.
