Facilities: This equestrian-friendly retreat offers three turnout pens and a stall barn with five 12' x 12' covered stalls, each with a 25-foot run, and 2 turn outs. Lights in stall barns and across property. Stalls are $40 per night. (we have 5 stalls/ runs & 3 large turn out traps.) We charge a sales tax (6.25%). Negative Coggins required. RV plug-ins are $$50 per night. Dry camping is $30/ night. Big rig friendly with easy access and turnaround. Dog friendly (not inside AIR BNB). Pre-booking suggested 24 hours in advance.
