Facilities: Safe & secure location with powered gate (code for entry & exit.) Barn has five matted, 12' x 12' box stalls with straw, hot-cold wash station, overhead fly-spray system, and restroom with shower. Five fenced pastures (2 with loafing sheds & auto water Ritchie systems), one dry lot, and 4 paddocks. Horse owners can stay on property in our Cozy Casita. It sleeps up to 4 with Queen size bed and pull-out sofa bed. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, pool, and washer and dryer. We also have covered RV Parking with power (50A/30A). Must provide Negative Coggins
