Facilities: Clean, quiet, and safe horse barn with Priefert panel runs for overnight boarding. Easy access less than 1/4 mile from the highway with plenty of room for turn around and trailer parking. Very clean city water and RV electrical hook-ups available. Security light at the barn and perimeter fencing make it very safe for horses. Inside stalls are 12' by 12' with rubber mats and shavings available, each with large 48' outside runs attached. Horse owners are responsible for their own feed. Location: Northeastern New Mexico, 20 miles south of Colorado state line. Exit 452 east off I-25. Go 1/4 mile east and right onto Jackson Lane, continue straight onto property.
