Facilities: 4 12' x 12' stalls with mats and fans, 40' x 50' indoor working pen, indoor wash bay, 2 30/50 amp RV hookups. Bunkhouse in the barn with a sleeping loft including a comfortable king bed and 2 XL twin beds, bathroom, kitchenette, WIFI and views of your horses in the barn. Our facility is small and private and there are no full time boarders. Dogs are welcome but need to be on a leash. Please text or call for reservations. We look forward to hosting you! Stalls are $25.00/night. RV spots are $30.00/night, Bunkhouse is $125.00/night.
Location: We are located south of Kansas City, Missouri, about 5 miles east of I-49.
