(5/27/22) - "The Mooneys at Duke's Bed & Board were friendly and very accommodating during our stay. They made us feel like old friends or family. Our horse spent the night in the indoor arena where she had lots of room to move around after spending 11 hours in a trailer. The room we stayed in was comfortable and decorated nicely with a horse theme. I highly recommend stopping here if passing through on your journey.". . . (6/7/22) - "The Mooneys were so kind and friendly! They greeted us when we arrived and helped get our horse settled in the indoor arena with fresh clean water/space! They went above and beyond in accommodating our family! The room that we stayed in was so peaceful and comfortable! If we ever do another cross country trip with our horse we would definitely stay with the Mooneys again!". . . (11/2/22) - "Wonderful place, cute guest room with an attached private bathroom, good amenities. Hosts were friendly and helpful. We even got coffee in the morning! Would stay here again in a heart beat.". . . (11/19/22) - "We stayed at Duke's Bed and Board while traveling across the country. We were very pleased with the facility, but even more important, the friendliness and care given by Diane and Hugh Mooney. They are delightful hosts and we call them friends. We also stayed in their guest lodging and it was perfect. We definitely would recommend them and plan to stay there again. Many thanks!". . . (11/20/22) - "Lovely people, very good accommodations for horse and human. Very satisfied with value.". . . (4/7/23) - "The nicest home away from home ever. Such a well managed boarding layover, could have stayed longer!! Horses were so well treated and so were we. Beautiful and historic home with owners that are truely dedicated to providing a safe and unfogetable experiance. I enjoyed my stay and highly encourage others to visit. 5Star rating without a doubt!". . . (5/9/23) - "Great people with super accommodations for both horse and person. All set in a beautiful valley with lush trees and nice sunrise. Off the road a bit but worth the trip. Excellent directions and easy trailer access. High marks for this spot.". . . (6/2/23) - "There isn't enough room here to express how happy we were with Duke's. Carolyn met us when we pulled up and showed us to the three stalls she had ready for us. Nice stalls with ceiling fans and attached paddocks. Hugh arrived shortly after we did and is a delightful character. We stayed on site in their beautiful old, restored home. Our room had a separate entrance and plenty of room. We asked for a dinner suggestion and they offered to join us at a local eatery. Great food and a lot of laughter. The next morning Carolyn had coffee ready for us. I can't wait to go back again.". . . (6/17/23) - "Absolutely loved our stay here, so much so I’m writing this before we leave. Such a lovely couple to chat with, they’ve been so very accommodating with our two dogs who have also loved them. Having our horse so close is perfect and he’s nice and comfortable in his stall with some friends like Harry the adorably friendly donkey. Great food nearby in Hermann, a gorgeous town with tons of places to choose from including some wineries, piano bar etc. Would definitely love to come back through here any time we come through Missouri.". . . (9/11/23) - "Highly recommend.". . . (10/28/23) - "Diane and Hugh were there to greet us. Hugh helped my husband get the trailer turned around and positioned for easy exit. They had the stalls ready for us and helped us get them settled. Gave us a tour and made sure were knew where everything was. They have a guest room with private bathroom and separate entrance available and it was perfect. Diane had a recommendation for dinner and coffee ready for us the next morning. They were totally gracious with us waking them up at 6am, helped us load our horses and saw us off. My husband and I would 100% return in the future. Beautiful home, great accommodations, and a great couple of hosts. 10/10.". . . (11/12/23) - "One of the best places I have stayed. Cannot say enough good things about Hugh and Diane. So nice and accommodating. Will stay here again.". . . (1/11/24) - "Super awesome hosts!!!!! Very accomodating and patient with our late arrival and my changing plans bc of weather! Clean stalls, reasonable price, beautiful human accommodations! Highly recommended!!!!"

Comments: (11/12/23) - "This place is not a 10. This place is 100. I was their first customer ever and I am hard to please. I absolutely Ioved it. It is an amazing location, confortable stalls, easy to bring your trailer and turn around and super clean. Now the bunk is unbelievable, super comfortable inside the barn. You can see your horses and it is spectacular. This is the best bunk house I have ever stayed. Super nicely decorated with a full kitchen and all utensils, coffee maker is fantastic. I cannot say enough about Clint and Christine, the nicest couple. I arrived super late and Christine offered to buy me food from a supermarket. They are the most lovable couple. This place is highly highly recommended. They have room for 5 horses very comfortably. Do not hesitate to stay at this location. Thanks, Clint and Christine.". . . (1/17/24) - "Excellent facility. Easy to find and a short drive off I-49. We stayed in the bunkhouse, it was new, modern and very clean. Huge stalls. I would stay again and highly recommend it.". . . (1/29/24) - "The Eastwoods were very accommodating, helpful and thorough! Beautiful facility lots of room, bunkhouse gorgeous and very well stocked! I will be back! THANK YOU!! ❤❤". . . (8/14/24) - "We were met by both owners and a helper who had prepared the stalls with shavings and fresh water. They were so hospitable and helpful, and the facility was sparkling clean. We stayed in our LQ’s but we toured the bunkhouse which was very comfortable and welcoming. This horse motel was convenient to I-49 and we would definitely recommend it.". . . (8/17/24) - "Wow! What a nice place to stop. The stalls are large and safe for horses. The trailer parking with power, water and sewer is right next to the barn. And if you want or need to, they have the cutest bunkhouse in the barn that is like staying at a spa! The AC in my trailer malfunctioned and I ended up staying in the bunkhouse. I was so well-rested by the time I started traveling again. Christine and Clint checked in on me and were very responsive if I reached out to them. You all should seriously consider staying here.". . . (9/4/24) - "I never leave reviews but hokey dyna guys this place was nice. For one, gorgeous. Absolutely stunning place. Their stalls were impeccable, they had a good place to park, super friendly people! I didn’t rent the bunkhouse but they let me see inside and omg it’s stunning. Might rent it next time I’m there… I didn’t even pay for facilities but they gave me access to the bunkhouse washroom to shower, came and said hello in the morning, made sure I was ok… I can’t stress enough how AWESOME Easy E was to stay at. I will be frequenting this place if I’m ever in the area!!!". . . (9/20/24) - "Excellent place to overnight with horses! So clean and tidy!! Very communicative. We will definitely be staying here again!!! 100% recommend. I would stay here even without horses! I can’t say enough good things about this lovely place. Wish we were staying longer!"

(7/24/16) - "On our way back to Canada from Colorado and needed a place to rest with our horse. Mary was a great host and was very helpful. The barn and facility were very nice and with ample stall space and a small run from the stall. Mary had a small grass area beside the barn that we elected to use since our horse had been on the trailer for a few days. There is a sleeping facility on site, but we were travelling with our two big dogs so elected to sleep in a local hotel. Mary was very friendly and offered us breakfast and freshly baked lemon and zucchini bread. Highly recommended!!". . . (12/16/16) - "Hal and Mary are wonderful hosts and their property is beautiful. My husband and I stayed just one night in their apartment which was immaculate and very clean. We ended up having a lovely dinner with Hal and Mary which they prepared and we stayed up till the early hours talking. My 2 horses stayed out in a nice sized pasture with plenty of grass to nibble on and plenty of room to stretch their legs. I would definitely recommend Circle B Ranch to anyone passing through.". . . (4/5/17) - "Our trip was last year ~5/22/2016. Hal & Mary made our first visit to MO one that we'll never forget! Their hospitality is 10+ and the home cooked meal was reminiscent of home. My husband has diabetes and Mary went out of her way to make sure the dessert was diabetic friendly. Their barn was perfect and the location was very easy to find. We're planning our next trip out west and we'll definitely stay here again!". . . (4/15/17) - "Mary & Hal were great hosts! Very welcoming. Great breakfast too. Everything was very neat and tidy. If we are passing thru again, I would absolutely stay there if available. There was another group already there but they made it all work for everyone without any problem. Thank you!!". . . (8/9/17) - "Mary and Hal were very accommodating and allowed us to turn our big RV and trailer around in their yard since we were so long. The ranch is impeccable. To say the turnout and stall area is meticulously kept would be an understatement. Very nice folks, great price, beautiful setting. They also cared enough to check our papers, which was the first time they were checked from Ohio to Colorado and back. Will definitely go again. Thanks Hal and Mary!". . . (6/29/18) - "You can not ask for nicer people or a nicer place to stay. Hal & Mary go out of their way to make sure that you have a great stay!(for you and your horses) Breakfast was wonderful! Wish we could have stayed a month.". . . (8/21/18) - "A beautiful place with excellent accommodations and friendly hospitality. I highly recommend this accommodation for horse owners.". . . (7/1/19) - "Beautiful farm for smaller trailers (under 25 feet). Very nice farm, quiet and peaceful, turn outs for horses. Parking is very tight and turn around is very small. Owners do not want you to turn around or back in their yard and with larger rigs this can be challenging and also bad for your axles and tires trying to make such a tight turn. Ideal for smaller trailers. Nice location not far from interstate and the town of Hermann.". . . (8/3/19) - "This is one of the best places you will ever lay over.". . . (9/2/19) - "Hal & Mary were the best! Everything is clean and our horse was so comfortable. Their hospitality was wonderful - We have new friends in MO. They went out of their way to make us and our horse comfortable. Would highly recommend Circle B to anyone needing a place in MO.". . . (9/10/20) - "Mary was so nice and we really enjoyed meeting her. Such a quiet and relaxing overnight stop for me and my daughter. The horses were relaxed and able to rest for the next day’s travel. We stayed there on our way back home, too.". . . (1/9/22) - "Wonderful accommodation for horses and humans. Meticulously clean, heated buckets, indoor stalls with nice shavings. Turnout available. The human bunkhouse is lovely and their breakfast is amazing.". . . (4/26/23) - "Mary and Hal were super nice. She met us as we arrived late, I may add. Water buckets filled, stalls had fresh shavings, turnout was very nice. Their property was immaculate. The next time we need to lay over we’ll definitely be back. Thank y’all again for awesome accommodations. Bryan and Tara."

(10/30/13) - "Brenda was ready for us and our three horses. Brenda had a huge arena we could turn the horses out into prior to putting them up in stalls. She was very helpful when one of our trucks broke down. I would recommend to anyone that staying here felt very safe and comfortable for all.". . . (2/9/16) - "Such a wonderful couple who greet you at the road with a flashlight and help direct you in. They help you with your horses, help feed and fresh water is already provided. Stalls were super clean. Friendly and warm hospitality. We were there Thanksgiving Day and they even invited us to stay and eat with them but unfortunately we had to decline and hit the road again. Best horse hotel experience!". . . (3/21/18) - "Brenda met us and showed us where to pull in and park. She checked our health papers and coggins upon arrival. She had our barn stalls ready with water already in them. Stalls were a nice size and comfortable. We had a nice level spot to park our trailer and plug in. Brenda also has a bathroom for guests to use which was handy. We will definitely stay here again.". . . (7/30/18) - "Excellent facility! Very safe and secure barn and pasture areas. Barn staff very helpful! Also great of them to accommodate my dogs as well. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.". . . (11/24/19) - "We had a very nice stay with Brenda and Brent. They have a nice facility with a homey feel. Stalls were very nice and all ready for us when we arrived. The horses were very well taken care of and safe. There was plenty of room to turn my rig around and nice level ground to park on. The Bass Pro Shop's aquarium is just 30 minutes away along with lots of places to eat.". . . (2/1/20) - "EXCELLENT! Horse and human well taken care of. Thanks Brenda!". . . (11/30/20) - "Comfortable place, 30 amp. Bathroom available, nice stalls, already bedded and water filled (they bleach buckets between use). Very accommodating so my mule could see another horse. Fenced area for my dog and fresh eggs! $45. Tight turn getting in the gate but doable. Super nice folks. And WIFI. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐". . . (12/15/20) - "We recently were traveling from Texas to Wisconsin with a newly purchased horse and needed a place to stay overnight so we could let our horse stretch it's legs. Everything was last minute but Brent was super accommodating. I was a little unprepared with my electrical hookup but Brent went above and beyond so that we stayed warm overnight in our live in quarters. Their facilities are fully fenced, which is a wonderful thing. Thanks again, Dave.". . . (1/14/21) - "Brenda and Brent were very friendly and accommodating to us and the horses. They let our horses run around in the turnout paddock after a long day of traveling while we got the trailer parked and settled. Great people, highly recommend!". . . (6/12/21) - "Excellent facility for horses and humans. We were very comfortable leaving our World Champion show horses at Green Acres overnight. Brent greeted us at the road to lead us in. To keep all horses safe they check all health papers before horses unload. We appreciate this!! The stalls were ready for both horses and they were large with fans. The 3 humans stayed in Brenda’s adorable bed n breakfast. Less then a mile away with comfy beds! Thank you for your hospitality!! We will be back. S, C, A,". . . (4/1/23) - Loved everything about the stay, Brenda and her husband were wonderful. The 2nd time we stayed Larry was there to take care of all our horses needs. We can’t say enough about the wonderful place and the people.". . . (7/19/23) - "The Greens were very nice, friendly and helpful. Nice facility, very secure with the hosts there overnight. I used their very safe and large outdoor arena that also had grass for my horse. I felt good about leaving her there overnight!". . . (8/6/23) - "We had a wonderful stay at Greens' Acres. Hosts were top notch, friendly, kind and informative. The facility was clean and beautiful. Our horses were super comfortable and happy here and so were we. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the farm to other travelers. 10+"

Comments: (8/8/13) - "Wow! Joan has to be the greatest host so far on this cross country trip. She is so "horse savvy" that we felt perfectly good leaving our "not so good at traveling" 36 year old Arab mare that we are trying to get back home in her care. The place is gorgeous. The stalls are great. I felt like I should have been somewhere in Kentucky on a horse farm!!! This place is highly recommended- she does extended stay too!! Thank you so much, Joan!!! BJ". . . (11/2/13) - "Very nice barn; grass available weather permitting. Ample parking. Friendly owner who carefully reviews health papers. I wish other barn managers would be as careful.". . . (11/2/13) - "Very nice barn; grass available weather permitting. Ample parking. Friendly owner who carefully reviews health papers. I wish other barn managers would be as careful.". . . (11/13/13) - "Joan was right there when we arrived and was very helpful in getting our horse settled in a beautiful stall out of the pouring rain. We would highly recommend her place.". . . (7/5/14) - "I will definitly come again! Highly recommended! Thank you so much, Eberhard.". . . (7/4/16) - "Great place to stop overnight. Joan is very friendly and her place is very accommodating and well kept. We had a large group of 6 trailers, 10 adults, 11 kids, and 13 horses. She had a spot for all of us. Paddocks are good size and stalls are very roomy. Easy to keep in touch with as we travelled enroute to her place. Thanks, Joan. We will see you again next year. LBR of Michigan.". . . (11/17/16) - "Boudreau"s was AMAZING!!!! The box stalls were immaculate; automatic waterers in the stalls, fantastic hay/feeder combo's in each stall as well!! Joan met us at the gate and walked us through everything...she was just a gem to work with!! She was also very thorough to check health papers, clean the waterer that our pony would be using and required that we use at least 1 bag minimum of her bedding in the stall....all of these precautions /requirements on Joan's part really put My mind at ease in knowing that Joan truly cares and wants safety first for each and every animal boarding there. Boudreau's is a Beautiful place with Beautiful fenced pastures, wonderful arena that we turned "Levi" out in to stretch his legs & get the kinks out after a leg of our long cross country haul from AZ to IN before securing him in his box stall for the night. Steve & I would highly encourage anyone traveling through the Springfield MO area to consider Boudreau's!! You & Your Horse will be Very Glad that You Did!!

Comments: (8/23/17) - "Great place, beautiful facility and fantastic owners. Close to the interstate and easy to get in and out.". . . (5/15/18) - "Our horse loved the grass paddock after traveling all day! Very friendly people and a nice facility! Would recommend to anyone needing an overnight stay! We also stayed on site in our camper with our two dogs!". . . (5/29/20) - "$30.00 per horse per night. Great place, well run, easy reservations. No complaints from the horses.". . . (10/11/20) - "Olivia met us upon arrival and provided assistance in getting our 2 horses accommodated for the night. Very convenient to the highway and a few miles from motels and dining. Highly recommend.". . . (10/18/20) - "A very big thumbs up for this great place and it's great hosts, Olivia and Chad! Will definitely stop here again. Eberhard.". . . (11/2/20) - "Stall barn is nice, clean and easily accessible. We brought 3 40ft trailers in. Could pull through and didn’t have to worry about turning around. Host met us and made sure everything was good, helped us park and offered fresh clean buckets or waters to use. Large stalls with small runs were nice. We will be back.". . . (11/5/21) - "Owner met us and led us to the property. Very nice set up. Transporting two weanling fillies to Kentucky. They definitely enjoyed the stalls with outdoor grass and runs. First class operation.". . . (12/20/22) - "They were very accommodating for a late arrival. I would recommend the stable to anyone.". . . (9/5/23) - "Very happy with our stay here! Chad and Olivia are wonderful. My horse was so happy with her stall and paddock setup-- grass was a huge bonus :). This was a perfect stopover for her to stretch her legs and get some rest after a long trailer haul. Easy check-in and check-out. Super simple to pull our trailer in and out, too. Will definitely stay here again!! Thank you for hosting us!". . . (7/14/24) - "Olivia greeted us upon arrival. Everything with scheduling was very positive and easy. The stalls were nice and large but we chose the paddock/turnout option. The arena was also used for 3 horses and it was not quite as neat and tidy and water had to be carried. Overall we would stay again but not the best place ever. 4 stars for us."

Comments: (12/27/20) - "New place still under construction. Had a huge outdoor arena to put our mules in. Indoor stalls are available but mules prefer to be outside. Has electric and water hookup. Large area to turn around big rigs. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Right off the freeway which was great although traffic noise was a little loud. Would definitely stay here again. . . . (6/26/22) - Administrator's comments - on this date, a review of the facility was received, excerpts of which stated ". . . Stalls were dirty, full of rocks, and some had broken feeders. Owner never met us. Bird poop on everything. . . .(7/7/22) - "Very friendly people. great location. 5 miles from hotels and restaurants.". . . (8/15/22) - "Everything about our experience was a positive. Except for this morning while we waited for our horse to eat his grain and walked around. Our horse was the only horse in the overnight barn. That barn was clean, no issues what so ever. Got there around 8:30 am and as we were waiting for him to eat my daughter went to the back part of the facility to see the other horses, came back to me crying and told me I had to come see these horses in this back barn. Unacceptable is the only nice word I can type for what I saw. Filthy stalls, no food, no water, some of them needed medical attention. . . . We gave them water, even tho the water buckets where disgusting. . . . Left around 10am and still no one in site. . . . "

We stopped on our way from Georgia to Montana and then back again.". . . (12/1/20) - "This was a safe place for our horse to layover. There was a lot going on in the barn with dogs, people, and horses, so he wasn't lonely. The access was a little tricky, but host has great directions that were easy to follow.". . . (3/31/21) - “The family that owns and runs this facility is absolutely amazing! I've laid over at many different facilities, and they rank among the best in the country! Great people and great accommodations! You absolutely cannot go wrong with this amazing family!”, , , (8/3/21) - " Very small area for large lq horse trailer & double cab dually truck. Two huge mud holes on each side of road turning out, no way to avoid them. Muddy & deep for heavy truck/trailer. Large outdoor pen for horses to exercise & rest-up for continued journey. Paid $40 for electric hook-up, higher than other horse motels. $25 each horse. Water spicket close by. Small, but adequate compared to other horse motels we stayed at.". . . (11/13/21) - "Amanda and her family are great hosts. They helped unload and to settle the horses. We’ve always used the outdoor pens. And when I thought my laptop had fallen off our toolbox when we drove off Amanda had her whole family looking for it. (Luckily I found it.) Can’t say enough about how accommodating they were.". . . (8/27/22) - "My family visited Rockin' R in late August, 2022. We were greeted by Dylan and Grace immediately. Both were very helpful and friendly. Jeff and Amanda came along shortly after to ensure we had everything we needed. The stalls were large and clean. The arena was a great asset to work the horses and turn the horses out for a bit of exercise. We used the hook-up for our RV that was located between the barn and the arena, which was a wonderful location for my crew. Wonderful place to stop for a day or two and relax or even drop the trailer and explore. We drove the 20 minutes to Columbia for shopping, Starbucks, and a hot meal. On the way home we stopped off at Artichoke Annie's Antiques and had a fabulous time. Another asset is the area behind the arena that we were able to set out chairs, play with our dogs, and graze the horses. Rockin' R met all our needs and were excellent hosts.". . . (9/20/24) – "Administrator's Comments: An unhappy guest of this facility sent in a review. In keeping with the web site's policy of treating one another with respect, the review has been paraphrased by the administrator. A few issues were of concenrn, the most disconcerting was that another horse was put in the guests reserved, paid for paddock which had their water buckets and Himalayan salt hanging while they were out riding. Whether accidental or not, mixing of local horses with outside horses is to be avoided. Both the horse motel owner and the guest have added in-put to the situation. Suggestions have been made by the administrator to the horse motel owner to prevent such an occurrence in the future and it was suggested that the owner enlarge her listing to more accurately reflect her accommodations."

Comments: (4/23/19) - "I thought it best to write something as "My Epiphany Stables" is apparently new to the roster at Horse Motels International. I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied. It is a stellar facility with outstanding care and service. My only disappointment is not being able to meet the owner to personally give my thanks. However, I was greeted by her top hand who was lovely and incredibly helpful as well as thorough with all care and needs. What a delightful and reassuring experience. Thank you!". . . (10/9/19) - "The owner was easy to communicate with. When we got to her farm we were greeted by a very friendly staff member, Marissa, who was very accommodating with information and anything we might need. The facilities were clean as a whistle, and very comfortable for my mare. I liked that she had an outdoor run attached to her stall so she could move about as she pleased. We were very happy with my horses' stay, and would recommend this stables to anyone needing a place to layover in this part of MO. Thank you for taking good care of my mare!! Lori Neises.". . . (4/8/21) - "MY EPIPHANY STABLES was our last stop from California to Minnesota. What a treat this heavenly Horse Motel turned out to be. The facility is located on pristine farmland/grassland in beautiful Missouri country. It truly is an idyllic setting, we didn't want to leave. Friendly, accommodating host, clean lush stalls with runs, easy in/out for trailers and close proximity to restaurants and motels. I cannot say enough good about this horse motel. Hands down, the best kept secret for horse motels. Thank you, Robyn and George. Most modern, clean, pristine,". . . (5/3/21) - "Top notch. Big stalls with turnouts. Hosts had fresh water in stalls filled and waiting for us. Met us on arrival to assist with parking, etc. Liked it so much, we stayed again on our way back home. Easy in and out and electric hookups. 5 stars". . . (5/26/21) - "While the stay over farm is about 10 minutes from food and lodging, it is a super nice place to stay. Very clean and dry, they have electric so you can stay in your LQ if you have one. Great hosts! They were ready for us, and gave us directions to keep off gravel roads on our way in. I highly recommend My Epiphany Stables.". . . (5/27/21) - "I was greeted by host, on horseback no less. Directed me to parking and helped get my horse settled. RV hookups conveniently located by barn. I will definitely stop here again. Beautiful facility. Highly recommend.". . . (10/26/21) - "A beautiful facility! Everything was very clean and safe for the horses and us. We were greeted upon arrival and shown straight to the barn. Stalls were already prepared with bedding & fresh water and nice runs. The RV hookup was great. Very friendly host and adorable helper showed us around the facility before we retired. Very quiet off the interstate so we all slept great. Will definitely stop again!". . . (4/8/22) - "A GREAT facility and fabulous hosts! Everything was ready when we arrived and the facility is super clean. Horses were relaxed and got great rest overnight. Highly recommend this facility.". . . (6/7/22) - "This is by far the nicest facility that we have stayed at in our 5 yrs of travel. Our mules had a small field for the night. Plenty of room for parking our LQ trailer. Robin runs a top notch facility at a very reasonable price.". . . (6/19/23) - "I really loved this place. Robyn gave great directions to get there. You circle around the barn, unload the horse, clean the trailer, and then pull forward to the LQ hookups. It could not have been easier. Really liked the freshly bedded stall with a turnout with water buckets already filled. As an added bonus, they have a bed check where they refill buckets if needed. Thank you Roby and George!!!". . . (6/6/24) - "I really don't want to tell too many people of this place, so that it gets so busy they wouldn't have room for us again! But!! I have to share. Best layover spot we've ever had. The place is spotless. The barn manager met us, helped us clean out our trailers, had the stalls ready for us. Topped off water at night time check! (And we were staying right there) The owner came over and checked in with us - super friendly. Loved that the horses had their own stall and a run off of it so they could stretch their legs. So nice after being in a trailer for the day. Very dog friendly! They have several of their own, and all were nice to our dogs!! Zero complaints, all 100% positive experience!! Definitely coming back next time we are thru here!"

Comments: (10/8/18) - "This is an easy place to get in and out of. The parking lot is huge with hook ups and water which makes it really easy to maneuver. The facilities are really nice with many options for your horse to stay. We'd definitely go back.". . . (3/27/19) - "This was a great place to overnight. Large lot to park your LQ trailer in with water and electric hookups. Beautiful and clean facility for your animals. Will definitely stay here again!". . . (10/27/19) - "We stayed here in July as we voyaged across the country for a military move. Very easy to access to the facility and the stalls were bedded and set up for us before we got there. Workers were friendly and readily available for us even though we got in late. Parking was easy to access and they even had restrooms. Arena was large and allowed for our horses to stretch their legs. Highly recommend, and also recommend using your own hay.". . . (6/5/20) - "I was very impressed. I highly recommend them.". . . (3/24/21) - "Arrived around 6:15 pm. Met at stable by barn hand, Austin, who was living on site and immediately available if needed. He was very kind, helpful & got us settled in. Stalls are large with concrete walls separating horses. Front of stalls have large metal bars on top, wood on bottom. Part of the bars can be lowered so horse can put head out. Hay either had to go on the floor or BYO haybags. Water was in an auto waterer which our horses were not used to so we put our own water buckets in their stalls. Barn was pretty closed in and had a faint urine odor but did not bother our horses. 35 amp hook ups for our LQ with water nearby. Large gravel parking lot gave us ample turn around room. Quiet and our horses were secure and safe. 3 restrooms with sinks and one shower with sink on site were clean and well kept & appreciated so we did not have to mess with our black water tank in our LQ trailer. Recommend and would return.". . . (6/13/22) - "Nice folks, Nice facility. Had room on short notice with no hitches in arrangements. GPS took me right to the barn.". . . (10/1/22) - "Great access. Very Clean. We will be back. We travel this route 2x per year, an now have or layover spot.". . . (3/20/23) - "Very impressed with the facility and kindness. There was an ice storm so we could not continue on to our destination. They were great to let us stay longer than expected. They also helped us keep informed about road conditions."

(7/30/20) - "Outstanding stop! We are repeat visitors. Traveling from Fayetteville, AR to Milwaukee, WI, this is a nice easy stop for us and our older horses. (10/26/20) - "Susan greeted me with 2 generous pieces of pound cake and a smile. The paddock was clean and she had filled the water trough before we got there. Nice stalls and outdoor pens. Definitely recommend staying here. It will be our go to place when traveling that way.". . . (4/22/24) - "Susan was a great host. A storm was rolling in and we were 200miles away. It was dark when we arrived. She greated us with fresh cake when we arrived. Her place is very clean and well-kept. Would stay again if in the area."

Comments: (8/12/18) - "My kind of place; great people accommodating to our needs. Very flexible". . . (8/25/18) - "Was very happy with the place. Outdoor arena and the extra large stalls were very secure and the horses enjoyed the run and all the grass they could eat. Family was very friendly and made you feel welcome.". . . (10/17/18) - "Great host, met us at the end of the driveway to show us the way to the barn since it was well after dark. Clean stalls with automatic waterers. We let the horses stretch their legs in his outdoor paddock before stalling them for the night. Owner only has 2 horses of his own that live out, 12 stalls off the indoor and some grass pastures. Nice, private and quiet. Plenty of room to turn around. We stayed at the Hampton Inn which was just 4-5 miles away but there are RV hook ups at the farm. Would stay again.". . . (5/23/19) - "We stayed here two times in the last two months, once on our way to Arizona and once on our way home to Michigan. The host, Anthony, is extremely helpful and friendly and his farm is close to the interstate and easy to find. The barn is modern and well taken care of. The stalls are large and well prepared. We enjoyed our stay and will be stopping by again when we return to Arizona next winter.". . . (11/18/19) - "Upon arrival, the stalls were ready with bedding and automatic waterers. We were able to hook up all three horse trailers. Nice arena if you want to excersise your horse We will definitely stay there again on our next trip through.". . . (11/6/20) - "Anthony went above and beyond for us. We were having trailer issues and Anthony went to the parts store and purchased the parts plus found someone to come to his farm to do the work. The stalls are very nice, we used an outside pasture for our mules and they loved it. Easy access from I-44; within 5 minutes. We will stop there again.". . . (4/7/22) - "We have laid over here on several occasions and I have to give it up as much as I hate to! This place is our #1 GO TO facility in MO. Anthony is the most accommodating person and available anytime. Communication is SUPERB! We love that killpen horses are not laid over here as we are VERY particular! Thanks Anthony for remarkable experiences!! We aporeciate you!". . . (10/19/22) - "Stall was great, included auto waterer, which was a plus. Loved the cabin!! Well stocked, including the kitchen. I stayed for a few days in the middle of an extended camping trip, and it was perfect! Definitely recommend.". . . (4/4/24) - "While traveling from Pennsylvania to Colorado we used Jawsome for a night stay with 2 horses. The stalls were clean and plenty large enough. Parking was good. The cabin was excellent and hot water amazing. The loft was so comfortable. I’ll definitely stop and stay again there. Thank you Jawsome Farm for a great first experience in horse motels."

Comments: (4/7/18) - "Stall was waiting for us - fully bedded with a bucket of fresh water. Very nice. Will stay here again.". . . (12/26/18) - "I'm so sorry, my rating is a bit late, 18 months! My 2 horses stayed here the night of June 18th, 2017. Upon arrival, my daughter & I were greeted by the owner, a very nice lady. I chose to put my horses in a large fenced area across from the barn. They loved it! They could graze & run. There was fresh water available & I brought my own food. Didn't want any tummy issues from different food while traveling. They were calm & relaxed the next morning when I came to pick them up. I was also able to leave my trailer there with them. I highly recommend this place & I will definitely stay here again.". . . (6/1/19) - "Oh my...what can I say but EXCELLENT CARE. I traveled through Missouri and chose Bit of Heaven because I drive a semi rig, a total of 88 feet long with tractor and 53 foot trailer. We were able to get in without issue. Then Jerri. She is incredible. I overnighted 5 head of geldings. One was a little excitable and was slightly upset. Jerri sat in the barn with him, in a lawn chair for over 30 minutes, while I unhooked the trailer. She said she just wanted to make sure he was happy before she exited the barn. She checked on him through the night, without me asking. What a true horsewomen. I'll be back if my travels take me anywhere near Rolla, MO!!". . . (11/28/20) - "Last minute, needed a place to stay on the way back from the AQHA World. Clean, tidy place, easy to pull a trailer into, quick in and out with horses. Highly recommend!". . . (3/7/22) - "I overnighted two horses here last year and love this place! Owner is super nice and had nice bedded stalls ready for our horses. She also has an indoor that we were able to let them out in. Large parking area to leave my trailer. Will definitely stay here again!"

Comments: (2/27/24) - "We stayed overnight at Ozark Crossing in Jan '24 and were very happy with the RV & horse accommodations. Joe & Linda were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We put our 3 horses in a paddock, so we didn’t see the stalls but I assume they are as advertised. Easy to get to from the highway and plenty of restaurants nearby. Will likely stay there again on our next trip home from AZ.". . . (2/28/24) - "We stopped at Ozark Crossing RV Park and both Joe and Linda were both very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. They had a level and graveled parking area for our trailer with electric and water easily accessible. We arrived in the dark and they had automatic lights that came on from the parking area to the barn. They had a nice sized paddock that we put our horses in so they could stretch their legs. The stalls were clean and ready for us when we arrived. They answered all our questions about the area and were very helpful. We would definitely stop at their place again.". . . (3/28/24) - "Easy to find, plenty of room to park your trailer and unload. Stalls are very nice, clean, and ready to use. Joe and Linda are very nice, make sure you have everything you need. There are several Hotels and restaurants close by. Would most definitely return for future trips.". . . (4/12/24) - "We visited early April 2024 and received a warm welcome and a restful night as the 4 horses were safely tucked in for the night. The facility was clean and stalls ready. They also offer a nice pipe turnout but as only 2 of ours socialize well together we opted for stalls. Jim and Linda were welcoming and allowed us to stroll the trails through their property which was a true treat. They have a nice herd of Red Angus and Highlanders which was a treat to be parked next to.". . . (5/10/24) - "Very nice facility! My horse was safe and secure. Owners were very helpful, definitely would recommend and will stay again. Beautiful Farm!". . . (5/11/24) - "Owners greeted me and helped me park. Easy area to back in. Great communication. My horse stayed in their nice big pen right next to my site. I would definitely stay there again! Easy on and off to I44.". . . (7/19/24) - "Joe and Linda were outstanding hosts! We could tell that they really cared for both people and horses visiting their facility. We will definitely visit again when we are in the area."

Comments: (4/7/11) - "Really nice Bed and Breakfast in a very nice, very clean remodeled and updated farm house. Tall green grass in small pasture (1/2 acre approximately) and 2 nice box stalls. My room looked right over the horses. I highly recommend. Small but nice and adequate with great lodging and hot homemade breakfast.". . . (4/8/11) - "We just loved this facility; the way that the host cared not just for us but but for our 2 horses was a very welcome treat. I will reccommend The Albee Farm and Sharon to all of my friends.". . . (7/7/11) - "Very friendly host offered to babysit the horses and dogs whilst we went to dinner. Very nice bed and breakfast. Very private and secure little place that was very close to I-29 and around the corner from Walmart and tons of great eateries (Cheddars, Olive Garden, Panda Express, KFC, etc). Not suitable for large trailers but great for couples, singles or those traveling with 2 or 3 horses that want a nice place to relax.". . . (11/7/11) - "Wonderful Bed and Breakfast - - not suitable for large trailers. Great food, nice pastures, peaceful setting, close to shopping and dining. Would highly recommend for 1 or 2 horse layovers. Lots of bang for the buck.". . . (7/7/15) - "Sharon is a great communicator and very responsive to emails/calls, etc., in advance of our trip. The facility is in a beautiful hillside location and the rooms in the turn-of-the century farmhouse were lovely. This was likely the favorite stop for our horses on the trip, as they had a chance to frolic about in an open pasture. Having said that, please note that her fences are not electric, if that is an issue for your horse. Also consider turning them out in a fly sheet if traveling in the summer months. Sharon was a gracious, friendly host who was always at our service and we enjoyed our visit very much.". . . (8/18/16) - "The Albee Farm was a very nice final stop on our trip. Sharon met us right away, had the pen and water ready to go, and stayed out and chatted with us while we watched our horse adjust to the accommodations. She provided a stall that opened out onto a grassy pen so he could go in and out when he wanted. She also provided a pitcher of sweet tea for the humans, and the rooms in the house were comfortable and quaint. Would stay here again."

Comments: (7/29/16) - "A delightful stop for us and the horses. Tarkio rodeo grounds is well kept; several 30 amp hook ups and 2 50 amps. Great place for horses. They let us give the horses the run of the arena which was nice. Two of the fair board members stopped by to check on us. They also allowed us use of the restroom in the bunkhouse. Great stop!!". . . (8/8/20) - "Many large pens plus arena. Host was very accommodating. Would definitely use again.". . . (11/27/20) - "Limited hook-ups, water available, pens for horses, pens can be muddy if there’s been lots of rain. Easy access from interstate. Great place to overnight.". . . (10/10/22) - "Perfect little spot to stop. Secure pens, clean and easy to navigate. Wonderful experience, host was beyond amazing. Would definitely recommend and would use again.". . . (4/12/24) - "Site manager, Scott, guided us to the grounds when we got turned around by mistake. He was helpful with getting us settled in and the next morning when we got up to discover we had a flat on the truck, he came again to the site and helped us secure repairs. Very thankful for his help. Pen was large, waster close by and a full RV hook-up situated right in front of the pen so we were close to the horses."
