Comments: (11/10/15) - "Great ranch to stay at. Called day of arrival and owner was out of town. Told us we could still stay there and to leave $ in a certain location. Wow! Wonderful facility and had RV hookups right near the stalls. Wonderful experience and some of the nicest, coolest barn cats ever - ha, ha.". . . (12/4/15) - "Very accommodating folks. Nice hookup area and very clean yard. Easy access.". . . (6/27/16) - "We layer over here traveling across the country. Beautiful setting with lots of room for both horses and RVs. Owners are fantastic.". . . (10/25/16) - "We actually pushed ourselves to go longer just to get here again! Can't say enough - great people and very clean and calm - beautiful views and place to rest. My horse did not want to leave. Thank you again! They even remembered us from 6 months ago staying with them.

Comments: (10/11/16) - "5 STARS ***** What a beautiful setting! If you need a safe & reliable layover, we highly recommend stopping here. Janet & Wes are at the stable, waiting to greet you w/ a warm smile:) This facility was beyond expectations, excellent accommodations at a fair price, evening snack provided is what I would call supper, morning breakfast option was superb! They don't come any sweeter than this .". . . (11/2/16) - "Beautiful ranch! Well maintained! Very clean! Super friendly and helpful hosts!". . . (11/7/16) - "If you are looking for a place to stay while traveling with your horses, look no further than this amazing ranch. The accommodations at Pecanderosa are first class, for you, and your horses. It was such a nice place, we would stay here for a visit, even if we weren't traveling with horses, it's that beautiful; bucolic, and peaceful. Thank you Janet, you made our stay so easy and welcome!". . . (1/11/17) - "One of the best facilities I have ever overnighted at with my horses. Truly big rig access. Beautiful facility, immaculate, HUGE turnouts, stalls are oversized and safe. Fabulous in every way!". . . (1/26/17) - "Love Janet and Wes! Beyond amazing! The place is beautiful and very well kept! We will be back!". . . (5/19/17) - "This is a lovely facility. Hosts were friendly and helpful. We turned our road weary horses out in a beautiful grass pasture with plenty of shade and clean water and felt good about leaving them. About 10 minutes from hotels and restaurants. The boarding fee is quite reasonable. Would definitely stay here again!"

Comments: (3/30/17) - "It took many tries to get a reservation, most of the campground seemed to be monthly's. Got the last site in the horse area. Got there right after the office closed (6pm). $50 extra charge on my credit card for not cleaning up my horse poop before I even arrived. Was told my horses could all be near each other in pens; they were scattered and screaming all night. Was told where the wheelbarrow was; cleaned up my poop. If they are going to try and charge people then the pens should be immaculate; there was poop, baling twine, and a glass beer bottle I picked up. No manure pile? so I put the full wheelbarrow back in the barn. When I mentioned it at check out I got my $50 back. Oh, and the monthly men had the code to the lady's room. Place was well landscaped. The person who led me to my site was very helpful. Lady's room was very clean The small changing area needs hooks, and don't be modest. Lots of potential, just not there yet."

Just can't say enough about these folks and what a wonderful place this was to stay. We'll be back...over & over again! Thank you for everything!". . . See you soon, Sandy and John.". . . (8/12/12) - "Safe stall and turnout for our young holseiner, easy access and friendly atmosphere, dog friendly with extra friendly cat!". . . (10/10/12) - "Super! Reasonably priced, secure and we even bought some farm fresh eggs and a bale of hay. Had a nice dinner in town too, thanks!". . . (6/19/17) - "I found this stable when I had an unexpected issue with another stable in the area. Donnajayne could not have been more accommodating with my last minute request. My horse was relaxed and rested when I came back in the morning. Thanks again, Donnajayne."

Comments: (6/26/17) - "Special thanks to Chris and Su for making our layover stay great! Su kept in close contact with me while we were traveling. Both Su and Chris met us when we pulled in. So helpful and friendly. Loved the large pen they had so our horses could romp around after a day of traveling. Also available were large stalls. Will definitely stay there again if traveling thru that area."

Comments: (1/29/16) - "Great place to stay with your horses! Kent couldn't have been more helpful. We had an unexpected late start and arrived over 4 hours behind schedule, about 11 at night. He waited up for us and gave us excellent directions and even helped us clean out the trailer! A nice variety of facilities for the horses (he moved his horses so we could have a half-acre pasture with shelter). He has a couple of rooms on the property. We stayed in the larger cabin, sitting room, TV, full bath - very cool place! and the price was right. In the morning he helped us get on our way and gave us advice on the best roads to take out. Left something behind and he kindly mailed it. Will definitely stay again :)"

Comments: (4/1/09) - "Claude is a great host. He has probably forgotten more about horses than most of us will ever know. This is now a regular stop for us when we travel from Texas to Arkansas.". . . (7/9/10) - "I was so impressed with Claude and Pat Lively, their facility, their hospitality, and most importantly their knowledge and years of experience in the horse business. My husband & I are relocating to Oklahoma from Ohio, and a safe, clean facility for my two horses was paramount to us. Well, we found it at C&P...huge pastures with wonderful grass, a sand riding area with very good footing, 2 round pens, spacious/safe stalls, 24-hour access for our horses. Their horses look terrific, and I feel confident that our two will be taken care of with much "TLC." We are blessed to have met the Lively's.". . . (6/27/11) - "Talk about going "above & beyond" - the Lively's are a little off the beaten path, but a beautiful ranch overlooking Eufaula Lake; wish we had more time to admire the view! First of all, they graciously talked us in, even meeting us at the end of their road to escort us in late at night, & helping change a trailer flat in the morning.". . . (9/23/11) - "Claude and Pat were EXCEPTIONAL hosts. I spent two weeks with my two horses at their facility and felt like I was a part of their family. I never had to worry about my horses being safe, fed, or well cared for under their supervision. Claude "The Horse Whisperer" was absolutely amazing. His wealth of knowledge was boundless. You could not leave your horses in better hands. I appreciated them driving to one of my Barrel Races to watch my horses perform. Thank you much.". . . (11/29/11) - "We enjoyed our stay with Claude and Pat. Claude is an expert on horse care. He assisted with our horses and provided great travel advice along with additional lighting to load pre-dawn. Both Pat and Claude are superior hosts. We will stay with them several times per year.". . . (4/26/16) - "Great host. Amazing view as you drive in. Older barn that is very cool and unique. Round pen so horses can stretch their legs. Hookup right there at the barn. Will stop again when I need a layover on that route.". . . (12/31/16) - "I had moved to McAlester, OK and was not able to find any boarding facilities in the areas for my many horses. They allowed me to board multiple horses for several months until I found my own place. They are very knowledgeable and experienced and look after the place and the horses very well. I never had to worry about the horses. And the view and the land was spectacular!!!! An arena, round pens, and plenty of trails near by. Great place!!!"

Comments: (5/5/17) - "Nicole, Josh and their children all met us and made us feel welcome and important to them. We were thrilled to find this gem! Our Mammoth Jack's were stabled and checked on through the night while we found accommodations close by. We will definitely stop here again!". . . (5/8/17) - "This is one of my favorite layovers. I stayed here with two horses on a trip from CA to NY. Josh and Nicole were absolutely the best hosts. Stalls were immaculate and they even gave the huge draft mare a double stall at no extra cost. Josh and Nicole have recently purchased this ranch and have made tons of very nice improvements. Their pride in what they are doing shines thru in every way. Truly nice people working hard to provide the best they can for their guests. You won't be sorry if you stay here. In the future, this will be on my list and I'll drive out of my way if I have to for the assurance that the horses will be watched and have a clean, very safe place to rest. Ten stars all the way!!!!!"

(4/7/13) - "Thank you for the warm welcome at the end of a long day! Really appreciate the shower! Need a bigger hot water tank though for multiple showers. Thank you.". . . (5/20/13) - "Anyone traveling with horses....don't hesitate staying here. Great place...for you and especially your horse.". . . (6/18/13) - "Kenn & Donna were really friendly greeting us and settling us into their nice large stalls with runs, and kennel for the dogs and goats. Very pleasant stay, thank you!". . . (7/13/13) - "We found this place while looking for a rest stop from NC. to NM. Donna & Ken met us at the front door & helped get the horses stalled & hook up the trailer. The stalls were big with good turn outs, fresh well water, & the shavings felt like a foot deep. Also stayed on return trip home. Bath house was great & very clean as well as the barn. The Robinsons are very friendly & helpful. I needed air in a tire & Donna got out the hose for me to pump it up. You won't find a better place to rest yourself & horses. I will stay there again. Randy Franklin, NC.". . . (8/29/13) - "Clean for the humans and the horse. The AC worked great. Everything was handy. It's small, but great.". . . (3/8/15) - "Nice stalls, well bedded with runs attached. We were able to turn out in the arena, which was greatly appreciated. Easy to turn our rig around. Hook ups were adequate, no dump. The three resident dogs were friendly. Would stay there again.". . . (3/26/15) - "Donna was amazing. I was driving in on an evening that OKLA was in huge tornado warning/severe thunderstorm conditions. Donna stayed in constant touch with me from 3 hours out till arrival, monitoring radar conditions and helping me plan safe arrival within the storms. What a nice family, place and sense of security. Goes WAY above call of duty and genuinely cares. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!",. . . (10/30/15) - "Donna and Ken were great!! We stayed in one of the rooms off the barn. They were neat and clean and quiet!! After two days on the road my horse really enjoyed the fluffy stall. Thanks to you. 10/23/15.". . . (11/16/15) - "M/M Robinson greeted us upon a late arrival with big smiles and a cozy room for the humans, a clean stall for the equine, a great place for truck and trailer (30' goose) and a hot pizza. You cannot ask for better! Thank you, Thank you.". . . (4/3/16) - "Ken and Donna were gracious hosts and it was a wonderful overnight stay. We stayed in the rooms available on site and were very pleased with our experience!!!". . . (7/15/16) - "Donna and Kenn were great! Very welcoming and helpful! We were able to stay in the bunk house right there in the barn. We unloaded, fed, and went right to sleep. Would stay there anytime! Very nice vibes. Thanks for taking care of us!". . . (11/15/16) - "Nice and easy place to stay with your horse. Everything is safe and clean. And staying in the bunk rooms made it even easier. Kenn and Donna were most helpful hosts.". . . (1/11/17) - "Very helpful and friendly staff! Thank you!". . . (3/8/17) - "After a very, very long day with tired humans and horses it was sure nice to pull up to their barn and unload right into their stalls with water and set up already taken care of. What a wonderful idea they have of a guest room right in the same barn across the aisle from your horses. Room had bed, shower, fridge, microwave, coffee and snack basket and water! Was so nice to not have to leave to get basic necessities. This was a great concept and if others could do this it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you Robinsons for a well rested evening!". . . (7/22/17) - "I just traveled from California to Kentucky and back. I planned and made my entire trip using "Horse Motel.com". My favorite stop over was in Oklahoma City at the "Robinsons Equestrian Center." Kenn and Donna were amazing hosts. I would recommend them highly! Clean, kind, very helpful to the tired, weary travelers. Sleeping in thier cute guest room in the barn near our horses was perfect. Thank you Kenn and Donna for taking such good care of us and our horses.

Comments: (9/17/13) - "I was passing through with 12 High Goal Polo ponies. Owners greeted us upon arrival and all stalls already had water in buckets. It was over 100 degrees that day and Tammy and David kept the water buckets filled while we slept during the day. Easy turn around for big rigs. Very clean and nice. Hotels were just a few mins from the ranch.". . . (5/10/14) - "We were traveling through with 2 minis, 2 Shetlands, and 2 horses all rescue animals. I had my hands full trying to unload but Tammy was there to greet us and helped us unload the horses and get them settled in for the night. The stalls were already bedded and the buckets were full of water. We arrived late and decided to stay in the motor home available for overnight lodging on site. It was very nice and comfortable for the 3 of us. The next morning our car would not start and the caretaker helped us get it started. We were very grateful for the assistance. Will definitely stop again!". . . (6/16/14) - "The owners were MORE than gracious! Everything was set and ready when we arrived. This is a very nice place for both you and your horses! We will stay there the next trip we take west. 100% pleased.". . . (7/21/14) - "Beautiful place, very clean and well kept. The owners took the time to walk me around their EXCA course and introduce me to a new sport that I am excited about. Very informative and GREAT hosts. I pass through OK twice a year with horses, this will be my new stop over spot from now on!". . . (7/23/14) - "An awesome place to stay; my horses loved it and they were safe and secure. Amazing animal lover and the fishing was great. Thanks. Lt Morrow.". . . (12/14/14) - "This was our 3rd time staying at Rolling Stone Stables. We pass through Oklahoma twice a year on our way to Arizona. This is our favorite place to stay. There is now a full time caretaker living next to the stables and he is just as friendly as the owners.". . . (6/29/15) - "My husband wasn't feeling well & we needed a pull through so he wouldn't have to unhook our car. The owners wired in another 50 amp service to accommodate us! So very nice plus we were able to visit with their mares and new foals!". . . (12/1/15) - "Jerry met us at the property and got us parked right away. Very accommodating. Rolling Stone is very convenient to the interstate. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks a bunch!". . . (3/14/16) - "This is a frequent stop for me. As a horse hauler, I would rate this in the top 10 percent of my stops. I can come in at any time (I often arrive late at night) and my stalls are always ready with water in the buckets. Tammy is a very knowledgeable horsewoman and has helped me load a reluctant horse on more than one occasion.". . . (3/25/16) - "It's not easy to find accommodations for Long horn steers on the road. We were given a very nice, large arena for our show steers." . . . (8/29/16) - "I came for one day and stayed for 3! Very peaceful and beautiful. The owners are great people and made me feel right at home. The fishing was awesome. So glad I stopped by.". . . (4/18/17) - "We had a peaceful layover here at Rolling Stone. Tammy was an excellent and helpful host; she referred us to her vet. Plenty of room and facilities. Quiet and safe for our horses.". . . (7/10/17) - "I brought 11 polo ponies in for an overnight stay. The owners helped us unload the horses, all stalls were freshly bedded and had fresh water. Easy turn around for our big rig. We will stop in again on our return trip!"

Comments: (7/1/15) - "We had a great experience overnighting our horse at Robert and Clifton's place. Facilities were excellent, Nice stables and a good place for our horse to graze. Robert greeted us, helped us get our trailer turned around in his driveway and even said he would have hauled us to Missouri so my wife could make it to her event in time when we had a bit of a problem with our truck (got it fixed, so didn't have to actually ask him). No issues, great experience. We'll definitely stay here again if we need a place to stop in northeast Oklahoma. Highly recommend.". . . (9/18/16) - "Richard and his family were awesome. We would definitely let our horse stay there again. No issues!". . . (12/29/16) - "Pleasantly surprised with the stable. Very clean and Clifford was very friendly. Comments: (12/21/02) - "Beautiful farm with great horses worth a visit even if not staying overnight. Got red carpet treatment even though we called only a few hours in advance & got there late. Marty treated us like friends.". . .(8/8/03) - "We just stopped off for a rest and to let the horses stretch awhile. Dan and Marty made us feel like one of the family.". . .(9/29/03) - "Dan and Marty were most gracious and made us feel right at home. They were always willing to visit with us and help us with any needs in our travels. We look forward to staying with them on future trips.". . .(1/24/04) - "Dan and Marty are great hosts and have a great facility. We've stayed with them twice and both times were just great. A bit of a drive into Yukon for dinner or lodging but you can't ask for a better place to stable horses. Highly recommended!". . .(1/27/04) - "We really enjoyed staying with Dan and Marty! We were greeted at the front of the barn and felt like we were at home. The horses received great care. So much so that we stopped and stayed with them on our way back home also. We would definitely recommend this horse motel to anyone. ". . . (2/1/04) - "Dan & Marty Fine are truely "FINE" people. I'll be back next year for some more barrel races in OK, so my horses will most definitely be staying at their place.". . .(3/24/04) - "Marty and Dan were most gracious and helpful on the two occasions that we overnighted with them. The facilities are excellent and directions to the site were exact. They were always there and we felt secure leaving our horses and our trailer there while we stayed with relatives. They also were so helpful in giving directions and routes that shortened our trips. Overall, this facility is one of, if not the best, places we have overnighted on the road." . . . (6/22/04) - "The directions were a bit confusing but it really can be easy to get to. They could not have been more hospitable, the stalls were clean, Marty & Dan helped us turn out the horses in the round pen for some exercise before we loaded them back into the trailer. We'll be back.". . .(3/6/05) - "Dan and Marty are the best! We have stayed with them the last two years on our way to and from AZ. They are always in the driveway waiting for us and help us out in any way they can. We really appreciate the service they offer and the kindness to our horses.". . .(9/29/05) - "Marty and Dan were very nice, the facility was great and most of all, I felt comfortable leaving my horse in their care.". . .(2/27/06) - "We have stayed with Dan and Marty for three years. They are great people and the horses are well taken care of. Highly recommend them!". . .(3/27/06) - "Very friendly people who go out of their way to make you and your horses comfortable. Extremely clean facility. We will continue to stay there whenever traveling that route.". . .(11/12/07) - "This couple was more than generous to us. We were having our trailer worked on at the 4 star factory for a couple of days after coming back from Fort Worth from a horse show. They let us unload everything we had in our trailer and place it in their secure tack room while the trailer was at 4 star. We had 3 horses staying with them and by the time we arrived in the mornings to care for them Marty had them watered and had given them our hay we had left. These are WONDERFUL caring people. I highly recommend their place. It's clean, airy, safe and secure. It has very nice stalls. We kept our horses in the corral and round pen they had to offer. I prefer my horses outside when traveling and hauling. So it was nice to have that option. It's big enough for big rigs to get in and out of. And the view is wonderful.". . . (6/14/09) - "This was the cleanest barn I have ever seen; including my own! Having lost a horse to a stall accident, the safety of the stalls were paramount to me. The stalls were beautiful - secure, safe, well ventilated and clean. I had no reservations at all about leaving my lusitano stallion and gelding there. Marty and Dan also have one of the best round pens that I have seen. I was able to put my stallion in the pen, (with mares on the property), and let him stretch his legs without supervision. The Fines accommodated our late arrivals and took excellent care of the horses; checking on them, giving water etc. I would definitely use this facility again - . . . ". . . (11/29/09) - "We have stayed here repeatedly and always feel like we have a home away from home when at Dan and Marty's place. If we are gone during the day Marty will always check and fill water buckets without asking.". . . (6/19/11) - "We were on a 2,000 mile trek across the country and had 3 horses with us and the weather had severly delayed our progress. I found an old yellow pages in a truck stop and called Marty at 5:30am hoping she had a stable for our horses. Not only did she answer the phone at this ungodly hour but was very understanding and assisted us with directions to her facility. She was wonderful and we were able to stay just down the road and get some much needed rest. I cannot say enough positive things about Marty, her Grandson, and their facility. Will recommend them fully.". . . (6/5/13) - "Beautiful barn, very clean, easy to get in and turn around. Marty and her grand-daughter were so wonderful to help me, in spite of the tornado's that went through. They were wonderful! Thank you Marty, I hope I get to come back.". . . (7/25/15) - "If you're laying over anywhere around OKC on I-40, I highly recommend Cimarron Equine Station. Marty is super accommodating and makes your experience of laying over easy. Plain, safe, excellent facility that's easy to get in and out. And the barn's design makes it cool in the hottest summer heat. Thanks for the great experience Marty!"
