Facilities: Private, fully fenced, gated farm located 2 minutes west of the World Equestrian Center on Highway 40! Brand new barn with 16' concrete center aisle, impeccably clean, (8) 12' x 12' stalls that
are sanitized between guests. Round pen, turnout paddocks, 120' x 240' sand arena. Additional 12' x 15' stalls available in an older barn if needed. 30 and 50 amp trailer hookups with electric and water
for $40/night. Plenty of room for big rigs. $40 stall/night with discounts for haulers and large families, 2 minutes to WEC, across the street from Live Oak, 15 minutes to HITS, 15 minutes to Rainbow
Springs and just 6 miles off I-75. Also offering partial and full board for short and long term stays.
Location: On Highway 40, two miles west of the World Equestrian Center. We are the last farm on your right before 110th Ave.
