Comments: (2/17/15) - "Kym and John are friendly, courteous and obliging hosts. I'm so happy I discovered their ranch, and have stayed with them several times, both weekend and week-long durations. I'm already booked in advance for future visits! I attend horse shows in the area and also love going out for a relaxing ride on the Croom Wildlife trails (Withlacoochee State Forest) with them during my stay. Their ranch has everything you could want when traveling with your horses, and both Kym and John are very knowledgeable equestrians.". . . (10/26/20) - "This is a lovely facility and is very convenient to I-75. I had no horses this trip but both John and Kym took time out of their day to give me a tour of their place. The grounds and facilities are neatly groomed, fences are well maintained, security cameras and a coded gate are installed for extra protection. RV hookups are back-in and there is plenty of room for maneuvering. The last 1/10th of a mile of the road is packed sand and will cause no issues with rigs. The facility is across the street from a state forest that offers miles of scenic riding. The Spanish moss in the trees adds a unique charm to the property. The GPS marker in their listing directed me to their property on the same route as in their directions. Thanks, John and Kym, for your hospitality

(5/20/16) - "Durham Farms (Lynda) is somewhat off the beaten path, but easy to find. Best bet is to call Lynda for specific directions...the GPS isn't always your friend. We look forward to staying @ Durham Farms on our way down south next Oct., 2016.". . . (7/2/16) - "Durham Farms and Lynda were wonderful hosts. She was very helpful and accommodating and went way out of her way to help us and make us f eel at home. A free dozen of home grown, farm fresh eggs capped off a perfect stay. We thank everybody who has sent in so many nice comments. (7/16/20) - "Arriving just after sunset, it was dark when I arrived. My first night on the road so I was a little nervous. Elaine met me, along with Jose, who worked for her. They helped me get my horse turned out and then into a really comfortable stall. Elaine helped me fill up my water tank and get power going to the living quarters. Very quiet and peaceful. There was huge load of polo ponies that pulled in at 3:30am but I never even heard them! The farm was very convenient, just off of I-10.". . . (10/23/20) - "Arrived after dark and Elaine met me at the road on her 4-wheeler and I followed her in. Got my horse unloaded, and was able to put her in a turnout while Elaine assisted me getting my trailer backed in to where the RV hookup was located. She turned on all the arena lights and barn lights, too, to make navigating easy, as well as standing at the back of my trailer to guide me back. Stall had fresh shavings and 2 buckets of water. Very nice facility, well kept, safe fencing and stalls. Will stay again if in the area and available.". . . (2/1/21) - "Great facilities and very accommodating! Highly recommend.", , , (3/20/21) - "Top flight in so many ways. Quiet, peaceful, secure. Owners live on property and met us as we pulled up & graciously got us settled in. Large stalls or paddocks are options depending on owner preference and availability. Our horses went into a large paddock with a loafing shed so they could graze, eat hay and stretch their legs. Hay available for purchase. Fresh water in a very clean water tank was in the paddock. Stable was very clean with lots of natural light and air flow. Wash racks adjacent to barn. Two restrooms in barn and they are spic and span clean. 30 amp service and water for our LQ trailer on level ground. Best to text prior to arrival to ensure you turn into correct barn drive. Easy turn around at stable. Highly recommend.". . . (3/29/21) - "This is a wonderful horse motel, with a wonderful hostess! Elaine met us on arrival and her property had many options for our horses. We chose a wonderful pasture with a shelter, but her barn has great stalls with the most amazing shavings. Elaine will make you feel right at home and your horses will be just as comfortable. Easy to get situated in our LQ trailer. Will definitely stop here when our plans take us along the gulf coast!". . . (11/3/21) - "The owners are the nicest people! Just don’t come in after a hurricane with a big rig, it gets very wet!". . . (3/22/23) - "As promised..this was my second stay at Green Acres...it felt like coming home again! Great facility with huge turnout for my horses - safe/secure fencing and stalls. Barn has a nice break room and easy hookups. Comments: (5/19/09) - "My Husband and I have personally observed these facilities and find them to be 'over-the-top.' We highly recommend the Flying B.". . . (3/25/11) - "My husband and I spent over a glorious week with "his" bikes and my horses at Sharon and Tom's beautiful farm. Everything was just perfect and we hope to go back again.
