Facilities: Overnight stabling with 8 12' x 12' matted stalls in concrete block barn, with commercial stall fronts. Oversize stalls available in another barn, also with commercial stall fronts. Wide, l evel entrance and driveway, security gate, plenty of room for trailers to pull-through &/or park. Electric and water hook-up for LQ. B&B in the main house. Stalls are $25 each per night, hook-ups for RV/LQ are $20 each, and a room in the house is $80 including continental breakfast. Call or text early for reservations.
Location: Easy access from I-75, exit 56, Niota, TN (50 miles north of Chattanooga, 40 miles south of Knoxville) From exit ramp, turn east. Travel 1 1/2 miles to T at Highway 11. Turn right, travel 1/2 mile to traffic light, turn right, travel 200 yards to entrance on right (wooden fencing)
