Facilities:  We charge $25.00 a day per equine which includes hay and water and this price is whether you bring your own hay or use ours for a price. We have shavings for an extra $10.00. Must have copy of immunizations for each equine. We have hookups for RVs and trailers with living quarters. If a large transporter, I do make exceptions as far as time coming in. Trailer storage is $5.00 a day. If you have a LQ and want to stay in it it's $25.00 a night and if you want electric and water hookups then $35.00 a night. As stated, LARGE trailers are welcome and I have plenty of room for turn around. We have a hot walker, two round pens, arena, shower stall with hot water and plenty of riding outside the property. Vets, restaurants and entertainment are close by. We're out in the country so it's quiet. Pets are welcome on approval. We aim to please and take pride in caring for the animals. Open 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm. The cabin is now open from April to November at $125.00 a night for two people and $10 for each extra up too four. CASH ONLY!! Location:  Off hwy 395.Either way take exit 74, Lemmon drive, make a right if coming from the south or make a left if coming from the north. Go straight down Lemmon alley until you hit Waterash then make a right. At the end of the street make a right on Chesapeake then an immediate left on Matterhorn. Take it over the hill and it drops you into antelope valley. Make a right on antelope valley road and take that around until you come to a "T", make a right on the dirt road. Address is 1215 Mineral Flat Road. We're onn the left; U can't miss us.
