Facilities: (4) single horse stalls (11.7' x 11.3', 11.5' x 11.3', 16.0' x 11.3', 15.6' x 8.9') with (3) 40' x 100' steel fenced and gated paddocks. 12-acre 5' steel fenced pasture. Grazing on Bahia and Bermuda mix. Feed, hay and shavings available. 60' round pen, (2) outdoor wash racks, grooming aisle. One 50-amp hookup with water and sewer connection. Plan to add three more electric/water hook ups. Can accommodate big rigs. Two lodging units (both one-bedroom full kitchen/living room) available onsite through Evolve Evolve at Windmill Trails Farm - Barn Loft and Dairy Cottage | Evolve Prices start at $125 per night. Evolve does not allow same day bookings, but that can be overridden if guest calls owner and then Evolve will call guest directly to book the same day stay. Riding trails are available. Stall $40 per night (stall with mat only, includes use of wash rack). 40 lb Total Equine Feed - $30 each bag. Square bale hay - $10 per bale. Bale of shavings - $7 per bale. Electric/water hook up - $40 per night. Barn loft - $125 plus per night (priced by Evolve). Dairy Cottage - $125 plus per night (priced by Evolve). Equine Traveling Papers required (non-negotiable): Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) not more than 60 days old and a negative Coggins test not more than 6 months old.
