We have 7 - 30amp/50amp RV sites, 9 large, well lit, paddocks, a 2 acres pasture and a 50' round pen. We offer the use of private 1800's style Saloon with a porch, for relaxing and socializing and access to our enclosed 1/2 acre, dog park. We have a dry bunkhouse with a fold out queen bed and a loft for sleeping bag use. We also have a seasonal, outdoor shower house. $35 RV site, $15 per horse, $5.00 Shower house, $65 Bunkhouse (includes shower house use). Mark & Kathy have built their little "cow town" on our own using primarily repurposed building materials. We are often referred to as "The Charming's over there on the cowboy movie set".
