Facilities: Private, 4-stall barn located on the same fenced ranch property as our Warren Wagon Ranch Airbnb. It is available exclusively to registered Airbnb guests - we do not offer standalone boarding. Designed for traveling riders, this setup allows you to stay on-site with your horses in a clean, functional, and secure environment just minutes from downtown McCall. Barn Features: - Four fully enclosed 12' x 12' stalls - Rubber mats in each stall - Attached dry lot accessible from the barn - Insulated barn with electricity - Enclosed tack/feed room - Wash rack with hot and cold water - Maximum of 4 horses. Turnout Options - Guests may use: - Attached dry lot - 3-acre pasture - 0.5-acre pasture All turnout is use-at-your-own-risk. Primary fencing is post and rail. What to Bring: - Hay and feed (not provided) - Water buckets (general-use trough available) - Shavings (if desired) - Basic stall-cleaning tools. Guests are responsible for daily stall cleaning and manure disposal during their stay.
Location: The property sits in open valley with mountain views, fenced perimeter, and ample trailer turnaround space, making it ideal for riders hauling in for trail riding, events, or extended McCall stays.
