Facilities: Welcome to your home while on the road! Fully fenced, private property offering 2-10' x 30' pens each with 10' x 10' attached loafing shed, pasture available for additional horses or to let your horses run, arena and 40' round pen. We can accommodate several horses and trailers, if you are traveling with a group. Dogs are allowed if kept on a leash. Trailer parking available or stay in our fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with full kitchen. (Can accommodate other livestock, such as: goats, llamas, alpacas, cattle.) Easily accessible pens with gates between pens and gates that open to the pasture. Horse safe, 5' tall pipe and panel pens. Locally owned feed store in the town of Kiowa. No outside boarders, only owner's horses and dogs on the property.
Location: Conveniently located 4.2 miles south of Kiowa, between Limon (off of I-70) and Castle Rock (off of I-25) off of Highway 86. Close to many local arenas and great clinicians. Only 8 minutes to Elbert County Fairgrounds, 11 minutes to Messer Arena and Event Center, 39 minutes to Douglas County Fairgrounds, 37 minutes to Latigo Trails Equestrian Center.
