For the people, there is a fully contained 200 square feet apartment overlooking a 10,000 square foot fenced turnout paddock, with luxury covered stalls attached. The apartment is fully contained and stocked with basics. There is a stove , refrigerator, closet, comfy chairs, a dining table, heaters, air conditioner, Wi-Fi and television. Laundry facilities are also available. From the attached balcony you can look down on your horses below. The apartment is secure and private. Parking room for big rigs. Visiting horses must show proof of having been vaccinated with strep equine via nasal and flu/rhino. Colin Dangaard is the man who introduced the Australian Stock Saddle to America in the 1970s.
