The shaded, open-air barn keeps horses comfortable year-round. A turnout corral with dual entrances is available, along with dedicated space to park and store your trailer away from the horses. We also offer covered RV storage with electrical hookups (additional fee per vehicle) and a brand-new RV gate along the north side of the property. Rates are $25 per horse per night and $50 per night for dry camping on our lot. A covered hay and tack room is provided in an adjacent building. The property is well-lit with both standard and solar lighting for your convenience and safety. For overnight stays, our Casita - set up like an Old Western town and complete with a Saloon, General Store playroom, pool, hot tub, and more - is available for booking on Airbnb. It sleeps 4 comfortably, with additional sleeping arrangements available upon request. Location: We are ideally located just minutes from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and just outside the Mesa, AZ city limits. The property is only 7 minutes from the Arizona Athletic Grounds and 20 minutes from Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre, making it a convenient stop for equestrian events, shows, and travelers.
