Comments: (8/13/14) - "Debbie and Norman were very nice, met us at 9:30 p.m. and we left around 5 a.m. before anyone was there. The ranch is about 8 miles off the I-40. Outdoor and indoor stalls were clean. They also have an apartment available that we stayed in for the night. Hotels and food are about 8 miles away.". . . (7/22/15) - "Very nice facility and nice folks. Took good care of me and my horse when I was driving from GA to CA in Fall of 2014. Thank you!". . . (1/24/16) - "Neil was there to greet us and was super friendly and welcoming. We chose to leave the horses in the huge paddock so they could move around...they prefer it to a stall after a long day in the trailer. The stalls were clean though and the barn was well kept. Shower/bathroom available and an easy electric hook-up. This was a good place to overnight and was not too far from the route 40 corridor.". . . (2/4/16) - "Very accommodating and friendly. I felt very comfortable leaving my horse overnight. He was in a paddock (at my request) so am not commenting on stalls. Easy in/out for trailer. Parked trailer at facility overnight for no extra charge. Only downside is distance to hotel; not bad at 11 miles, but would like to have been closer. GPS brought me right to it. I highly recommend this place for overnight stabling.". . . (9/26/16) - "Slightly off the beaten path but worth the effort. VERY nice staff. Might be difficult for very large trailers unless driver is skilled. There was a semi full of hay there so it can be done. We will use the facility again in the future.". . . (12/30/17) - "Stayed the night of 11/2017. My GPS sent me a crazy way there. I thought I I was in the middle of nowhere but from stable to hotel was about 10 minutes and right beside the interstate. No big turn around. I travel with a 16' gooseneck. The gentleman at the barn and I both had trouble getting it into the spot he wanted me to park for the night. I had booked ahead; I was traveling with 4 horses and 3 were next to each other. One was away so there was a little screaming. One stall did not shut well so tied a lead rope around it for extra security. Water buckets were a little high. My horses are all 15-15.2 hands. All horses were ready for our last day on the road when I arrived. It was an okay and safe stay.". . . (3/23/18) - "What a GREAT place to stay. We called an hour out, they met us when we arrived. Got our horses settled in to nice stalls VERY QUICKLY. The resident manager was more than helpful, gave us his contact info and insisted we call if we had any concerns. Parked our trailer there and it was roughly 15-20 minutes to the nearest hotels/restaurants. We gave our departure time and were met the next morning as we arrived. They helped us get loaded and on our way. A VERY nice, clean facility, we will use it again when we travel.". . . (1/30/19) - "We travel with a large, 4 horse trailer with living quarters.(73 ft) The only drawback to this facility was their front gate could not accommodate our rig. We had to back in up the driveway which was extremely difficult. Host was very kind and had stalls and water ready. Facility nice; just too small for very large rigs. Price was decent.". . . (1/18/21) - "Very muddy while we were there. We used stalls for our overnight stay. Electric hookup only. Not much room to maneuver large rigs. Very brief contact with owner when we arrived. A boarder arrived after midnight and was in and out of the same barn my horses were in for several hours so I didn't sleep well. I was not informed that there would be anyone coming at that hour. Close to stores and restaurants. My overall impression is neutral.". . . (1/18/22) - "The stalls were nice and big which was great for my older horses to move around after being in the trailer for a long time. The barn was super nice & warm!! (Low was 20 that night). Location was super quiet. We did have trouble finding a gas station with diesel/ or working diesel which is no fault of the barn. I would defiantly bring my horses back here!! Thank you for letting us rest at your location!!"

Comments: (8/19/15) - "Circle E is a large campground with several hundred acres of land on the top and sides of a Tennessee mountain. The camp is on top of the bluff, part is in woods and across the street another part of the campground is in the open and laid out more closely spaced. We called ahead to make arrangements, which you will want to do especially if arriving after 3 pm. They can give you your campsite and stall number that way. We got there about 6 pm, and called Ray who showed us both sides of the campground and we could chose a campsite. There was a bathhouse nearby with plenty of hot water, and I saw several dotted through the camp. On the other side of the road they had a huge chow hall and entertainment area. It looks like the camp would be a lot of fun on weekends with musicians playing and dinner being served after big trail rides. Both sides of the campground have large barns with many stalls. You can probably camp within view of the barn during the week as we did, but weekends they get a lot of trail riders so you may be farther away, but still easy walking distance. We had water and electric at our site on the forested side near the barn. It was quiet and mostly bug-free up on the mountain. Drove into town about 8 miles away where there were several restaurants. Both sides have riding trails with many of these being wide tracks used for logging and lumbering. Some of the trails are more narrow and most have an easy grade (at least for the rider, not as easy for the horse, as I learned when I gave my horse to a friend and walked back up). Some parts have very steep sections especially at the rocky bluff edge of the mountain. There are some overlooks and one spot called "Pretty Place" where Ray, the owner, has taken out a lot of trees to create a beautiful vista looking out for 270 degrees in all directions on farmland and towns and other mountains. Horse and humans would not hesitate to return. Hope to stay there again as a wayside stop, but even more as a weekend destination. Ray was a great host and Circle E is a great camp."

Comments: (10/8/18) - "This is a stunning place to stay. It is gorgeous! The paddocks are large & lush, the people are friendly & accommodating. The only problem here is getting in and out, especially with our big rig. The driveway is narrow and it’s off of a one lane small road, with of course mailboxes, trees and ditches to navigate. There really is only one way in and even at that it’s not easy. Once you’re there though it feels like a piece of heaven.". . . (4/10/21) - "Thank you so much to Doug and his mother. Friendly, courteous people and safe place for my ponies. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Getting in and out was a little tight but made it work."

Comments: (1/27/09) - "Maria waited up for us and had everything ready. Setting was beautiful and very horse friendly. We were up and out conveniently the next morning with no hassles. Great Place and nice people!". . . (8/4/09) - "We had the most wonderful stay at Maria’s Renaissance Farm. Maria is a gracious host, a bright spot in our long journey! The barn was very clean and nice and the farm is so pretty. The stalls were plenty roomy for our two draft crosses who are 16.2. There is easy truck and trailer access. Our favorite part was being able to put our horses in their stalls, then walk across the lawn to the room that Maria has available for guests. Since we don’t have an RV or living quarters, we loved this! We were only three, but we could have had three more people in the room, there are plenty of beds. There is a full bath and the kitchen is really nice with more amenities than you’d find at a hotel, like a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, sink, and a small table with chairs. Plan your route around this farm, you will be very grateful that this was one of your stops!". . . (11/28/13) - "Great, safe, friendly place to stay with your horse. I arrived after dark and Maria was at the barn to greet me and help get my horses out of the trailer and into the barn. The facility is easy to find with only one stop sign between the highway and the farm. I had trailer issues and concerns regarding my horse and Maria helped resolve both issues. This was the third time I have stayed with the kind folks at Renaissance Farm and highly recommend anyone travelling thru the state with horses to stay with the kind, knowledgeable, helpful folks at this facility.". . . (10/3/15) - "We want to thank Mrs. Blackstone for her kindness. We came in late and she waited with lights on, our horse was treated great with a clean, dry cozy stall and we had a good night sleep. Thank you very very much, we highly recommend it to travelers!". . . (12/27/15) - "Super nice people, would definitely use again!". . . (3/5/16) - "Great place, I will use them again if I travel that way. Very nice people even when showing up late at night due to weather. Thank you!". . . (12/20/16) - "Wonderful experience, attentive host, easily accessible with trailer, clean apartment ... perfect for our needs. Highly recommend.". . . (7/2/17) - "They were great! Great Barn and stalls; close to hotels. A super place to stop outside of Knoxville!". . . (5/21/18) - "Maria will greet you at the barn, no matter what hour. This farm has become a regular stop for me. Nice people, quiet farm, my horse thinks the stalls are quite ròomy, and the apartment is very nice.". . . (5/20/19) - "This hotel was a true pleasure. We have a very large rig and it fit just perfect in front of their barn. They have a full driveway so no backup and turn around. They have large clean stalls and the family is a true pleasure ! Will be stopping again here!!". . . (10/28/21) - "What a wonderful stay for equine and human! Facility was beautiful, clean, well kept. We were traveling under stressful conditions and the people and place made everything so much less stressful! Horses rested well in safe and roomy stalls. Apt for human travelers was so cute! And clean and comfortable. I will definitely be going back. Hopefully when I have the time and situation to truly enjoy the experience!!!"

Comments: (1/27/24) - "Fantastic hosts, they saved us on a late night in the pouring rain when we were hauling four horses. When we got there, water was already in the stalls. They were up to greet us in the middle of the night. They checked on horses first thing in the morning and filled our waters. Fantastic place, super nice people and so grateful for their assistance in the middle of the night. Wholeheartedly recommend this place !! Thank you so much for your hospitality and taking such good care of us!"

Comments: (10/16/22) - "This little ranch is really clean, private and beautiful... I got a small corral with a run-in shed and was very satisfied! Joe, the host, was helpful and positive... Didn’t hover, just a nice quiet guy. I highly recommend this place to my fellow horse travelers🤠". . . (7/7/23) - "Joe and Holly were very helpful and pleasant - Joe met me at the road and was so great to get me in and all situated - Very peaceful & beautiful there. Enjoyed my stay and stopped again on way back through.". . . (7/11/23) - "This layover was in the middle of our trip so we stayed coming and going. Both times were fantastic! The host was there to greet us and very accommodating. Such a beautiful, quiet place! The paddock for our two horses was large, grassy and safe with a nice run in shelter and a large tree for shade. It was easy to pull in and turn around on the nice level gravel. If you come in from the east it looks like there is nothing but a fuel station but if you come in from the west on Peavine Road, there is a Mexican Restaurant and even a winery! Great place, highly recommend!"

(8/22/14) - "Norford was a fabulous host! His place is beautiful! The horse and living quarters trailer accommodations were the greatest! His barn is beautiful and the pastures too. We saw wild turkeys! Also, if you need a Ford dealership, the one at exit 172 is great. We had truck trouble and they were able to get us out of the service dept back on the road in 7 hours.". . . (12/19/14) - "I would highly recommend this facility. Norford was very pleasant & very accommodating. His stalls were large, airy, well bedded & supplied clean water & buckets, with great hay. We were welcomed with our 2 horses & two dogs and even an electric hookup for the 2 nights we were there as we toured Nashville. Even when we were a little late getting back Norford had watered & given the horses a flake of hay :) A very pleasant experience, would stay again if we are ever in the area !!!". . . (8/2/18) - "I highly recommend Bierly Stables. The barn and stalls are beautiful, clean, well maintained and kept. Deep bedded stalls, clean buckets, choice of stall or turnout. The host is exceptionally great. Friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to overnight our horse here.". . . (10/17/18) - "Great stop. Super friendly and helpful owner. Very nice, clean stalls. Norford does night check - water, hay etc. We love stopping here !!!". . . (4/28/19) - "Norford has a great place. Very clean and safe. Highly recommend.". . . (9/20/19) - "Norford was extremely welcoming and helpful! Easy access from the Interstate and close to Nashville. Great facility and host...will definitely be back!!". . . (11/22/19) - "The host met us at the gate. Helped us park our rig and had electricity available for our RV. Stall and paddock available for our horse. Very nice barn. Thank you sooo much!". . . (4/6/20) - "This was a great place to stop. Mr. Bierly was very friendly, the facility was tidy and exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to rest while on the road.". . . (4/9/22) - "Enjoyed my stay in June, 2021. Would highly recommend. Only negative is the driveway is snug for larger rigs.". . . (8/24/22) - "I cannot say enough good things about Norford or his barn. We arrived late in the evening and he was supremely gracious and accommodating. His barn is meticulously crafted, the stalls are spacious and the owner lives on property. In the morning he allowed my very wild mare to run around in a paddock for an hour despite her tread likely tearing up his turf. In addition to the foregoing, at some point I lost my dressage whip in his yard and he, being the ever gracious host, shipped it home to me!! I will stay at this barn each and every time I come through Tennessee and look forward to visiting with the owner. Pristine accommodations, incredible kindness and obvious horsemanship. We came off of a huge competition, and my horse means the world to me - I had no doubt about her safety and care here. What a gem of a barn.". . . (10/19/22) - "If you're looking for a great place to lay over near Nashville, this is it. Great host and facility. We will definitely try to stay here again.". . . (10/28/23) - "Mr. Bierly was there to greet us. He was very friendly and his facility is beautiful. He had the stalls ready to go for us and even let us turn the horses out for a little bit prior to stalling them. The horses were very comfortable over night. Mr. Bierly was there to see us off and even cleaned the stalls for us. I would definitely stay here again! 10/10."

(3/29/04) - "Just needed to stop in for half an hour of so to let my appaloosa gelding take a break before pushing onto our night destination. Host was very helpful, and made the trip, the likes of which my horse is not used to, much easier for him than it might have been. Thank you so much.". . .(3/23/05) - "A totally wonderful place for both people and our horses. Felt like home when we pulled in and had no worries about leaving our horses with [them].". . . (5/1/09) - "We travel between Delaware and Texas. The Lazy Susan is a welcome oasis in the middle. The horses get to get out and stretch their legs in a very nice paddock. Susan is always friendly and welcoming. We spend the night in a nice motel just several miles down the road, knowing that the horses are safe and secure.". . . (7/29/09) - "This is a very clean, nice barn with plenty of turnout space. We stayed there both ways going to and from Virginia. The Deerfield Inn nearby is also a very inexpensive but clean and pleasant place for the human boarders to stay.". . . (8/4/09) - "We had a really nice stay at Susan’s stable. Susan was very nice and accommodating and I felt assured when she immediately returned our emails and phone calls. The barn was nice and clean, stalls clean and room enough for our 16.2 draft crosses. The neighborhood where this stable is located is beautiful, we felt very safe leaving our horses in the barn. Susan and Rick’s horses are also there, and the barn closes up, so don’t worry about driving down the road to stay at the Deerfield Inn. The Deerfield Inn was very cheap, but also very clean with a small frig, microwave and we were excited to access free wi-fi! It was easy in the morning to head back down the road, let our horses run around a bit, then load and be on our way. We were glad to have had this as one of our stops, out of many stops across the country!". . . (1/2/11) - "This was a true "horse person". Called to ask for availability she said yes, but I'm not there - make yourself at home. Found a clean barn with hook-up and two welcoming dogs. Very close to I-40. Wish I could've met Susan, but will stop again if ever in TN.". . . (2/19/11) - "Great place to relax after getting off I-40.. Very nice folks to deal with!". . . (5/21/13) - "I can't say enough about the wonderful people at the LazySusan! They went above and beyond to make our short stay in Tennessee enjoyable. We were having truck trouble so I called ahead to let them know the situation. When we arrived they had several mechanics lined up for us to talk to, among other "added extras" to make our time in TN great. I'm looking forward to visiting my new friends on my way back south!". . . (7/28/13) - "Well kept, picturesque farm with very friendly owner. We highly recommend it.". . . (8/30/13)- "The thing that made my visit most enjoyable was the friendly atmosphere created jby the owners. They were extremely kind, knowledgable, and dedicated to providing a pleasurable experience for myself and our horses. We will definitely be going back!". . . (5/18/14) - "Susan was so nice and sweet! Beautiful facility and very laid back atmosphere. It was great she let me keep my two horses in her round pen overnight so they could relax with plenty of room. It was also nice of her to keep an eye on my two horses overnight to make sure everything was ok.". . . (6/24/14) - "Great facility, very clean, friendly owners very knowledgeable in horse care. Close to highway. Definitely would stay here again.". . . (3/5/15) - "Susan and Rick are anything but lazy. The barn is meticulous and in good repair. The atmosphere calming. The turn out area very welcoming. I stayed for over a week!". . . (6/18/15) - "Rick and Susan were great hosts. Helped me get set up and provided all the services. Great pasture for our three horses to graze and "unwind" from a 10 hour trip that day. Would definitely stay there again when the opporturnity presents itself.". . . (2/6/17) - "Boarding with Lazy Susan was great! I will definitely do it again!". . . (6/8/17) - "Susan stayed up far later than normal to greet us upon our late arrival. She kindly let us leave one of our vehicles and trailers at her place. It can be a bit challenging to turn around with a trailer, but it is possible. She and her family were instrumental in loading our very reluctant horse when it came time to leave. We are very grateful to them for their wonderful help and would definitely stay here again if we're hauling through this lovely part of Tennessee.". . . (12/15/21) - "We have used Lazy Susan about a half dozen times now. It is a very nice facility--nice barn, convenient to I-40, great people. We always feel welcome and know our walking horses are safe. We will stop every time we pass through the area."

(9/13/21) - "Very accommodating. I was traveling with 4 horses, a dog and children. This place has everything you need to stay. Beautiful scenery, safe stabling for horses. We have overnighted here more then once. Conveniently located.". . . (11/12/23) - "This place is amazing. Easy to get to and amazing stalls. They have pastures which I did not use, they were lush and well maintained. It was about a 40 minute drive to Nashville city center. I loved the place and the owner is super friendly. In this farm, you have to muck clean. It was easy to arrive and the stables are decorated. This was incredible super nice decorations and everything is provided, shovel, rakes , brushes, bathrooms. It was really nice. I would leave horse there again. Luis."

(4/21/18) - "Miki was not available but had someone there to greet me; she made sure everything was in order and taken care of. I used an end stall as a run-in and all 4 were in a nice secure paddock. My dog and I were comfortable in our room.". . . (7/18/18) - "The barn was good enough- the stall wasn’t clean but it was safe. The room was tidy but smelled very strongly of diesel fumes all night. Questionable behavior started when the woman insisted we call for directions when we got close because she insisted GPS would get us lost- but then she proceeded to give us all sorts of very wrong directions to her farm. For instance, she told us to go 6 miles on this road when her motel listing and GPS told us to go about 3 miles. It was very odd and the farm was extremely easy to get to; there’s no way GPS wouldn’t work- it was two turns off the highway on major roads with a big farm sign. The strange behavior continued once we arrived. Her helper was a young man and his behavior was extremely erratic, too. Next to the barn was a very rundown mobile home with many people living in it. I’m not quite sure if words are describing this place adequately. This place is not nice and it does not feel safe in any way. In addition, I was sick for 2 days from the fumes in the apartment! I have used this website for nearly 10 years and have stayed in horse motels all over the country. This place was terrifying- I do not recommend. I do not want anyone to be unsafe or have the same experience that we did.". . . (11/1/18) - "Great people, clean and nice stalls, easy to locate off highway.". . . (5/1/19) - "Older barn, clean stables, clean room, not near food. Had a gas station sandwich for dinner.". . . (1/16/21) - "Micki is very kind and I felt safe staying here by myself with three horses. Thank you Miki.". . . (5/28/21) - "Micki was a very kind, helpful, and friendly host and offered my sheep (first time traveling with sheep instead of horses) a large and clean stall. The room that was also offered was nice and clean and had comfortable beds. I got to spend time chatting with Micki and hearing about her amazing horse-owning and showing experiences.". . . (11/8/21) - "We had to make an emergency change of plans after another place in Tennessee backed out on taking us in, and we had to quickly find somewhere to layover on our way to Texas. Micki didn’t hesitate to take us in, and was super kind and hospitable! Easy turn-around for our huge rig, and very clean barn and stalls!". . . (6/13/22) - "Facility was in the right place at the right time. Power to my living quarters in trailer was jury-rigged but adequate. The exercise pasture was adequate for the horses, keeping them from the surrounding residences. Not impressive but fully functional for my needs.". . . (11/13/22) - "I have stayed with Mickey a couple times now. She is always friendly and helps to get the horses settled. The apartment is comfortable and the facility is easy to get in and out of.". . . (6/12/23) - "Nice, clean, large, well-bedded stall. Host guided me in from the highway and helped me to get horses settled. Would stay there again.". . . (8/9/23) - "Wow. Micki really loves horses and all God's creatures. She greeted us and provided our Irish sport horse with a large, well-stocked stall. She then showed us the lovely pasture in which he would spend the daylight. Then we stayed in her queen bed room (private entrance and private bathroom). We went out to check on the horse only to find Micki had been out checking, too. We really felt welcome and happy to be there. Great, great, great.". . . (9/7/23) - "Wow. Micki really loves horses and all God's creatures. (Editor's Comments: Due to the large amount of feedback we have received on this facility, all of it positive, we've posted only the more recent comments. We thank everybody who has sent in so many nice comments.)
(6/17/13) - "Nice big stalls allowed my big appendix mare to stretch out and lay down and get a good nights sleep before starting to Indiana the next morning. Bud was very nice and helpful and had my stall all ready for me. He was even nice enough to let me do a little lunging and exercising my horse in the covered round pen before loading up. I enjoyed visiting with all of the cute little Arabians before I left. I wanted to take one home! LOL but overall, very nice place to stay. I will definitely be staying here again. I give it 5 stars.". . . (8/4/13) - "Can't say enough positive things about Bud and Lelia's hospitality and the facilities! Stopped going thru and coming back, Bud was more than ready for us each time. GREAT Southern hospitality!! : ) Will stop in again when the need arises. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!! Marla and Mallary Bickers". . . (9/24/13) - "A lovely farm! Stall was large and clean and comfy. Easy access, friendly hosts--very close to good hotels. I'd keep my horse here again in a heartbeat.". . . (12/1/13) - "Clean, safe, and secure with easy access to I-40. Very convenient and nice people.". . . (6/19/15) - "Beautiful and peaceful. Nice place for the horses to rest. Bud is very friendly and helpful!". . . (8/24/16) - "Drove in to a friendly wave from Bud who was mowing the lawn. Didn't meet his wife, only talked to her on the phone. She was the sweetest woman. Bud took us to our stall & we chatted about the horses, told us how to get to the hotels & wished us luck on the drive back to New Jersey. Would definitely stay again if the travels permit.". . . (10/12/18) - "Bud and Lelia were both wonderful hosts. This place is so easy to get to with lots of room to pull in and turn around. I stayed on the property and plugged in my horse trailer. My mule had a wonderful paddock with a clean water trough. On my way home I used three stalls and theiywere ready with clean shavings and water buckets. This is an older facility, nothing fancy, but very clean and helpful owners! I would stay here again for sure!". . . (3/28/19) - "Bud was a true delight, thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality. Would highly recommend. Thank you.". . . (7/12/19) - "Excellent. Owner friendly and attentive. Few stalls, quiet, and exactly what we needed and easy access off of I-40. We felt very safe for us and our horse.". . . (8/3/19) - "Perfect, quiet location. Stalls were clean, with fresh water buckets when we arrived. Very friendly host. Great stay.". . . (5/29/20) - "$30.00 per horse per night. Easy to find and close to hotels. Mr Sikes was helpful and accommodating. No complaints from the horses.". . . (10/31/20) - "Mr. Sikes was waiting for us and met us out at the barn when we came in after dark. The stalls were clean with fresh water. We parked our trailer right at the barn close to our animals.". . . (5/6/21) - "Great place! Owner was great and very accommodating to our time change. Will use this place again!". . . (11/22/21) - "Nice. Easy to get to.". . . (12/6/21) - "Great place! Easy access! The host was waiting to help us get settled in. Stalls were clean, large, and airy. Will definitely stop again. The trailer was right next to the barn with electricity and water ready to go.". . . (5/23/23) - "100% great experience! I called to confirm availability and Bud had 3 stalls ready with fresh bedding and water before we arrived. The horses loved the water and drank very well. Stalls are solid and secure, perfect for overnights. Everything was just as described in the listing. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re traveling this way."

Comments: (5/25/21) - "Owner met us late at night to let us in. Nice big pasture for the horse and they put him up during the day and let out tonight. Owner lives on site and was very helpful. Facility is gaited. Right off 1-40 so easy access. Food and gas/diesel close by.". . . (1/3/22) - "Stall was ready when we arrived and we were able to use arena for turnout. Rained like crazy both times we were there, but horse was dry and trailer plug in kept us comfortable. Pelican Storage is not well marked so it's easy to miss the turn. Ask to have them wait for you at the gate."

Comments: (1/23/09) - "Without knowing anything about who we were and with little notice, the farm was very welcoming. Chris was very friendly on the phone. He gave us great advice about where food was available and was there to welcome us when we arrived at the driveway. The stalls were clean and bedded and we had no trouble even hauling a stallion. The apartment was clean and comfortable and even had satellite TV. Trailer parking was easy and staying on location made it easy in the morning. I would highly recommend staying and I will be back the next time I travel that direction.". . . (4/6/09) - "This is a great place to overnight. There is a very comfortable apartment to stay in. The host met us with a flashlight at the entrance to the farm. He kept filling the water buckets for us. We had coffee and cereal in the apartment in the morning, went downstairs, loaded the horses and were on our way. Super host!". . . (3/19/16) - "Really nice people. The first thing they offered was to get the horses out of the trailer and let them run in the indoor arena. They had plug ins for two trailers, indoor facilities. Nice setup and easy to find. A welcomed sight after 8 hours on the road. Thanks guys! Vic & Donna Riley w/ Bob & Pauline Mozena.". . . (1/22/23) - "Fantastic place to overnight. He met us at the barn late at night, helped us carry in our horses supplies and was super kind and helpful. Clean, accommodating and safe. Would absolutely stay there again."

Comments: (5/9/23) - "Good place for an overnight with adequate space for trailers. Big stalls and close to town.". . . (5/12/23) - "Stalls were spacious, safe, clean and met our needs. Easy access from highway and close to motel and food. Would stay again. Thank you Ryan.". . . (5/22/23) - "Just south of Murfreesboro TN. Owner on site and was always available by text and was waiting for me when I arrived!! Owner even cleaned back of trailer for me after a long day on the road! Stalls were large and heavily bedded and two water buckets were full and ready for my horses upon arrival! Able to use large pens for “leg stretches” if desired! Be sure to take correct exit off of Interstate or LARGE RIGS will struggle on some of the roads, otherwise pavement the entire route! Highly recommend and will return!". . . (2/23/24) - "We choose to drive to Kings Ranch each time we pass through for a layover. Great hospitality! Stalls are always ready, well-bedded and clean. We usually arrive late (after 7 or 8pm and Ryan is super nice about that) We don't unhook or look for food as we have living quarters and usually are back up on the road first thing in the morning."
