Comments: (10/15/12) - "Great for horse shows and weekend events and parking. It was not lit up good enough to see outside. Don't know about how secure to leave animals; no one on site to watch facility or animals, hard floor stalls. No turn out area for horses; being in a trailer all day they need to move and have soft footing for a rest. Just not good for overnight traveling. Great for shows when a lot more people are there to feel you're not alone or leaving your horses with no one on site and no other horses there. And make sure you bring extra shavings or buy them and I didn't see water close to where the stalls were. Again, just not for overnighting - will be a great Midwest arena for equine events. Just my opinion on over nite after a long day of hauling our expensive barrels horses.". . . (10/23/12) - "Not for overnight stays. No turnout. Hard concrete floors. No close water access. No one on premises for monitoring. Not a secure location to leave horses. This facility is for shows only. Was given false information about facilities and we did not stay. Did not feel safe leaving our horses there.". . . (10/31/12) - "I found the C Bar C Expo Center to be exactly what it was represented to be. The staff was very professional and helpful. The stalls were new, large and well ventilated. There was easy access from the interstate with food and hotels within a mile of the facility.I recommended this facility to two of my friends who were also traveling cross country and they were equally pleased.I will definitely stay there again."

Comments: (8/19/05) - "This is one of my favorite stops on my annual trips across the country with my horse. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, which allows both my horse and me to relax. After so many stays, I consider the Gillerlains friends.". . .(8/28/06) - "My horse had a fantastic little pen with clean water when we arrived. The owners were really nice and even called in the night when my horse seemed to be pacing the fence looking for me! We'd definitely stay again!". . .(9/25/06) - "A great place to stay!". . .(6/12/07) - "The Gillerlains are wonderful and the facility is perfect. It is so peaceful and relaxing, just what every traveler needs after a long day on the road. We stayed twice on our trip, their ranch was a great first stop on the way out and the perfect last stop on the way home. I can't say enough good things about this farm. Thank you!"

Comments: (8/10/04) - "Mike and Melinda were wonderful hosts. As soon as we arrived, Mike grabbed a wheelbarrow and fork and pitched in to clean our trailer. And they had a campfire waiting when we returned from dinner. This was my first experience with a horse motel and it was a good one!!! I will stay with them again. They had a primitive bunkhouse that worked out well for us.". . .
