Facilities:  We have fifteen 12' x 12' stalls in our "overnight barn" and have additional stalls in our 2nd barn if needed. Overnight fee is $20.00 per horse. Bedding is additional fee per bag requested. Large round pen is available to stretch those legs in. Drive can hold 3 or 4 horse trailers, R.V.s etc, no charge for electric, water, 1st night. Short notice is okay, but reservations are needed for large number of horses and vehicles. Sleep in your trailor near the barn, or stay in local hotel.
Location:  From Salina I-70 go south on Hwy. 135 (to Wichita), exit on 96, go to Hwy. 54/400 (Augusta exit), drive through Augusta, approx. 6 miles to Haverhill Road. Exit on Haverhill Road, turn right at top of the ramp. Go 1/4 mile to 110th. Turn left onto 110th, go 3/4 mile to address. . . *Note from Kansas City and Topeka, exit at Eldorado and go east from toll gate to Haverhill Road (stop light), and turn right, go south until crossing over hwy. 54/400 (4 lane hwy.), go 1/3 mile to 110th, turn left, go to address.

Location:  Off I-70, 110 miles west of Hays, KS and 230 miles east of Denver, CO. Take Kansas exit 53 in Colby, KS - travel 9 miles north on Kansas Highway 25 - The farm is on the west side of the road and has a complete perimeter fence for the safety of the horses - Watch for the white pipe fence!

Facilities: We are a training/boarding facility with 72 12' x 12' Heated/Fan Stalls w/rubber mats. Fees are $30 per day. There will be a $35 convenience fee for any arrival after 9:00 pm. 2 100' x 240' indoor heated dust free arenas, indoor round pin, wash racks, outdoor arena, turnout lots. We also have hay & grain as well as shavings available. Numerous Vets and Farriers are available should you need one. Lobby with restrooms & showers, coded security gate with manager living on site. Easy tractor trailer accessible and you may bobtail if needed. Minimum trailer hookup ($20 a day), 15 minutes from restaurants and lodging. Our lobby area is also available to rent for parties/receptions (call for details). A waiver form must be signed before unloading.
Location:  Peeper Ranch sits on 700 acres 20 minutes Southwest of downtown Kansas City approximatley 7 miles West of I-35 and 9 miles South of I-70.
