Drive can hold 3 or 4 horse trailers, R.V.s etc, no charge for electric, water, 1st night. Short notice is okay, but reservations are needed for large number of horses and vehicles. Sleep in your trailor near the barn, or stay in local hotel. Location:  From Salina I-70 go south on Hwy. 135 (to Wichita), exit on 96, go to Hwy. 54/400 (Augusta exit), drive through Augusta, approx. 6 miles to Haverhill Road. Exit on Haverhill Road, turn right at top of the ramp. Go 1/4 mile to 110th. Turn left onto 110th, go 3/4 mile to address. . . *Note from Kansas City and Topeka, exit at Eldorado and go east from toll gate to Haverhill Road (stop light), and turn right, go south until crossing over hwy. 54/400 (4 lane hwy.), go 1/3 mile to 110th, turn left, go to address. Location:  Off I-70, 110 miles west of Hays, KS and 230 miles east of Denver, CO. Take Kansas exit 53 in Colby, KS - travel 9 miles north on Kansas Highway 25 - The farm is on the west side of the road and has a complete perimeter fence for the safety of the horses - Watch for the white pipe fence!

Facilities:  BARN AND BREAKFAST! 16 - 12' x 12' stalls in clean barn, 80' x 100' lighted indoor arena, outdoor arena, barn heated in cold weather and fans in hot weather, bath stall. Premimum grain and hay available, round pen, pasture and large turnouts, automatic waterers in turnouts, camper and trailer overnight parking available. Now offering overnight stays in either our bunk house or a private studio apartment with a queen size bed and fully equipped kitchen. Both of these overnight accommodations include a full bath facility with fresh linens and towels. Bunks are $15 per bunk per night and the studio is $45 per night. Heated and cooled according to the seasons! Free WiFi at the barn. Owner on premises for security.
Location:  Five miles south of I-70! Easy access from I-70 or I-435. Take the south exit in Topeka, KS, follow signs to Topeka Blvd. Go south on Topeka Blvd. to 93rd St, turn west on 93rd and go 1.5 miles to Heartland Ranch entrance.
