Facilities: Hurricane Evacuee's Welcome!!! We are on 52 acres of pasture land, with two large ponds. Our barn has 8 stalls, one with a large turn out. There is also a 50 foot round pen. The wash rack has hot water available. One of our pens has 11 acres by itself for any number of horses. We have three rooms available in our house for rent - two with queen beds and one with a day bed trundle combo. We have a limited number of RV hook-ups, but have a large area for primitive camping. The local Vet, restaurants, grocery, feed, and motels are only 2 miles away if you would rather. Names and phone numbers available on request. Location: Just three miles off the interstate. Facilities: We are a lakefront Bed and Breakfast, stable and special event facility. Our sister company "Simple Pleasures Farm" offers a stable with matted 12' x 12' stalls, covered arena, wash rack, tack area and 10 acres of pasture. The Inn itself is an 1893 meticulously restored Victorian mansion. It offers luxurious accommodations on Lake Allatoona. Swimming and boating activities are just a short walk across the street. Location: From Atlanta go north on Interstate 75. Take the 283 exit which is Allatoona/Emerson and turn right off of the ramp. This will take you toward the lake and away from the town of Emerson. We have everything you need here to make your horse at home. 18 stall Morton horse barn, certified farrier on site, large riding arena with lights, round pen, washroom with hot water, team roping, and dirt roads to trail ride on. Our stalls are 10' x 10'. Over night boarding for stall is $20 a night and includes hay and shavings. Pasture board per night is $15 and includes hay. If you would like to stay a month at a time, we have full, partial and pasture board too! Easy access for big trailers and plug up is available for $15 a night.

Location: Northwest Georgia, 5 miles off I-75 at exit 320 (Resaca/Lafayette), 40 miles south of Chattanooga, TN, 80 miles north of Atlanta, GA. Directions: From I-75, take exit #320 (Resaca, Lafayette). Go east on Hwy. 136. Cross the railroad tracks. Go 2 miles and turn left onto Mt. Zion Road (there is a big sign there that "reads Mt Zion Baptist Church & Bowmans Restaurant". Go 2 miles and turn right onto County Line Road (there is a Bowmans Restaurant sign). Arena is 1 mile on right. If you use your vehicle's tracking system, it will prompt you to come in via route Hwy 225. By doing so, you will have to cross a one lane bridge with no side rails and in a curve. It is almost impossible to navigate this bridge with a horse trailer.
