China Cabinet Ranch, Laura Montenegro |
|||
Facilities: Open from October through April. The China Cabinet Ranch is situated on 5 pristine acres adjacent to the Saguaro National Park's West District, less than 10 miles from I-10 and Twin Peaks Road in northwest Tucson. Your horses can share a 24' x 24' semi-covered pen that can be closed off from the 60' round pen by a gate (or left open if they get along). There is also one stand-alone 24' x 12' uncovered pen. Horses are $15/night each with guests providing feed and mucking. There is a room for rent (https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/49575374), dry camping for up to three trailers at $20/night/rig, and one RV hookup available with water, electricity, and septic for $30/night. Two feed stores and two veterinarians are within 8 miles, and "town" is less than 10 miles away. The host is a professional wrangler and can accompany riders if she's not working. A 2-horse gooseneck slant is available so guests can access other local trailheads for $20/day (please call before arrival). There are 4 nice rides right off the property. We accept cash, checks, Zelle, and Venmo once we've talked and finalized your dates. A 50% deposit and reservations are required.
