Facilities:  12' x 12' matted stalls with shavings included, flexible arrival and departure times, 70' x 144' indoor lighted arena, indoor round pen, lighted outdoor arena and round pen, x-country jump and versatility course, trailer parking, potty. Owners are welcome to stay in their trailers on the property.
Location:  Easy access off major highways, off Route 101. Exit 7 in Epping, NH. Route 125 North and the farm is on Route 87. Close to Pawtuckaway, Bear Brook state parks and Seacoast beaches for riding. Easy access from Mass and up to Maine and via highways.
