Facilities: Working Ranch with Stalls and Hookups 40 barn stalls for overnight stops with electric hookups located on a 100+ acre family Ranch with cattle, horses, dogs and a cat in a serene setting with pond and pastures, surrounded by trees and other farms. Stalls are 10' x 10' covered, solid wood-walled with shavings included. Extra shavings available for purchase. Water spigots near all stalls. Bring your own water bucket. No shared watering trough access. There is a designated area for trailer cleanout. Paved entrance drive with graveled access to stalls - easily accessible for your coach or largest owner's quarters rigs. 30 & 50 Amp electric hookups at stall barns for overnight stays. Portable toilets located on-site. Western U.S. Alfalfa Hay available for purchase on-site & plenty of room to exercise your horses. (Sorry, no turnouts available). There is a large, covered arena on premise where classes, lessons and small events take place. Come watch (or maybe participate!) We will advise you in advance of any large events taking place during your requested stay.
Location: Northwest Georgia, near Calhoun - 7 miles off I-75. GPS will take you directly to the ranch. Exit #317 on I-75 is the better exit choice for trailers. There are national hotels and restaurants within 13 miles (exit #312). Local favorite mom & pop restaurant - Bowman's Restaurant - within 1.5 miles of ranch. Gas stations within 1 mile.
