Facilities: We can accommodate up to 3 groups at a time, making your visit more enjoyable and less crowded. We have two areas available for overnight and extended stays. The first is 2.3 acres, fenced with 4 rail pipe fencing. Very private with 2 sites approximately 130' apart. Each site has up to 4 - 12' x 16' 4 rail stalls, 30 amp electric, septic and water. There is also a 6' x 6' dog run at one site. There is a 20' gate opening for the larger rigs and circle drive for easy parking. The second area is inside our 5 acre fully fenced property. The site is to the North, with shade trees, 2 - 12' x 16' 4 rail stalls, 30amp electric, septic and water. All sites afford beautiful mountain views and lots of privacy. The second site is for smaller rigs under 40'. There is a fully lighted roping arena and sorting pen with cattle available on site. Round pen and horse turn out also available. Enjoy beautiful mountain views, gorgeous sunrises and tranquil sunsets. Located 1 mile from Tonto National Forest, 3 miles from the Verde River and 2 miles from the challenging trails of the McDowell Mountain Regional Park. All provide endless horse trails for hours of riding. Hiking, mountain biking and golf are also just minutes away. And when you are not on trail, we provide high speed Wi-Fi for your use to stay in touch or stream movies for your enjoyment. There is easy access to property with less that half a mile on a dirt road. Short term or long term stays are welcome. Restaurants, feed & tack, and convenience store are located about 10 minutes away. Ranch sorting events and Roping practice are also held here, call for a schedule of events.
